PROCEDURES A. Preparatory Activities 1.Review What are the kinds of food that you eat? Can you describe and give examples of each food? Why do you eat those kind of food? 2. Motivation Showing pictures of a lonely child/crying child Ask: What message does the picture tell us? Can you tell the reason of her loneliness? B. Lesson Proper Activity Distribute the following situations. Ask the pupils to identify the kin d of abuses are presented in the following situations. a. Mar is the eldest son of Mr. Rema. He is an active boy but always beat en by his father who declares that it is the way disciplining and controlling hi m. He hits Mar until black and blue marks appear all over his body. b. Maria's parents were always busy earning a living for the family. She is now staying with her aunt. She works as a maid to her Aunt Lucy.
