JAMES BROADNAX TRIAL: WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE

The Righteousness in me compelled me to attend the James Broadnax trial.

The Righteousness which controls me, which gives me my integrity, that
which promoted me from Federal Whistleblower to National Whistleblower.
The same Righteous that compels me to right / write this while under
economic oppression (mental, physical, and financial stress).

Being Righteous, not religious I was compelled to attend what I can best
describe as "the Second Coming". Although religion is big in Texas,
IGNORANCE, FEAR AND RACISM are much bigger. Neither should be
used as a reason to break the law. But in Texas Law Enforcement they use
Collusion to cover –up NO KNOCK WARRANTS, NO MIRANDA
RIGHTS in short they protect one another i.e. Tarrant County Judge
Elizabeth Berry.

To understand more about Righteousness and Collusion is to read and

understand what takes place in US Supreme Court case 99-565 &
supplement (The Gamut of crimes against humanity involving just about all
Congressional, Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies). The
fact that I have survived this long after "You the People/US Gov’t” continue
to allow people representing you in your justice system to crucify me with
immunity. Perhaps this will allow you to understand getting a lick and
where it originates. Your actions or lack of actions serves as my anointing.

James Broadnax and Steven Swanson both shall always be remembered for
their contributions to Righteousness. Righteousness works in mysterious
ways. Sometimes to right things it is necessary for Righteousness to create a
DELIVERANCE to raise the consciousness of those who refuse to make
things right. That point where institutionalize racism meets the privileged.
The merger of HELL and HEAVEN.

The trial allowed the haves to meet the have-nots. This never happens in
Texas civil courts this is why the have-nots never have. Criminal court now
that’s totally opposite. It’s all about opportunities. It embodies past and
present exploitation. Although Judge Michael R. Snipes appears not to be as
corrupted as Judge Terry Means continues to be to me. MIRANDA
RIGHTS notwithstanding. The DNA results will save James Broadnax
from the Death Penalty. The Discriminating News Agencies. From Steve
Pickett being given the opportunity by his assignment editor to Interview
James Broadnax in Jail and then Reverend/Reporter Shaun Rabb. From
Steve Pickett telling James he is giving him an opportunity, which is ironic
because James has never had Opportunities. While James makes his request
for a lawyer, Jail Official Kimberly Leach who gave Steve Pickett his
opportunity looks on and does not intervene. To the Texarkana Police
officer explaining why you can’t sometimes here the audio sound during
racial profiling stops especially the parts in which the MIRANDA RIGHTS
should have been read. Thanks for the opportunity folks.

The Teachable Moment - Righteousness shows what happens when the

worlds of two totally different people collide. ECONOMICS OVER
JUSTICE EQUALS TERRORISM is the collision’s result. And terrorism
begets terrorism. The DELIVERNACE of Steven Swanson and James
Broadnax makes yet another case for Reparations for ALL victims of crimes
against humanity.

Righteousness will prevail, yet here is another opportunity given to you, the
unrighteous to make all things right throughout society. Let this serve as an
omen to allow you to stop the Genocide/population control and your own
demise. Religion or any other beliefs without RIGHTEOUSNESS makes
you prey.
