The different activities and proposed timelines, with resource distribution are
mentioned in the following Gantt chart for each of the components. The timeline for
each activity estimated in the table below, are rough estimation only. The precise
estimation and cost can be worked out during the project initiation phase when the
Requirements and features to be included in the project are fully discussed and
understood. The ballpark estimation and timelines may have to be revisited after
requirement validation phase.

Project Assumptions

• This estimate will be revisited after completion of Requirement Validation Phase

since the scope will be frozen and detail effort estimate will be worked out based
on the approved Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document developed
by SPAN team.

• After SRS is approved, SPAN will prepare and submit a revised proposal for
approval by iGave10.org for the remaining phase. All the other activities (Design,
development and testing) will be taken up only when the revised Software
Requirement Specification document and the revised proposal are approved. Use
case documents will be prepared for complex workflows. There is no obligation to
continue the engagement beyond this stage.
