COSTA MESA, Calif., Aug. 14 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- Renaissance Surgical Arts at Newport Harbor, a new multi-
specialty outpatient surgery center committed to advancing surgical technologies and patient care available in South Orange
County, has named Christine C. Joseph as clinical administrator.

Joseph is an RN, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) and Registered Nurse First
Assistant (RNFA). She comes to Renaissance at Newport Harbor with 20 years of nursing
and medical experience, including 18 years working in the operating room (OR). Joseph
has an established track record of building surgical services and can effectively manage
day-to-day operations including staffing assignments and management, equipment needs
and requirements as well as quality assurance and patient care.

"We are very excited to welcome Christine into the Renaissance family," said Bruce
Wallace, CEO of Congero Development and manager of the center. "Her longevity in the
medical industry, management skills and personal relationships with physicians in multiple
specialties brings tremendous value to Renaissance Surgical Arts at Newport Harbor."

Joseph was trained in the OR at Hoag Memorial Hospital and earned her RNFA certificate at UCLA. She joined Newport
Beach Surgery Center in 1992 and was instrumental in all OR areas including circulating and scrubbing, and served as Co-OR
supervisor for many years. Joseph then founded a RNFA Business LLC partnership and built a reliable and successful
network of independent RNFA's servicing surgery centers and hospitals.

"I am excited to be part of the Renaissance at Newport Harbor team and join a world class group of surgeons in the OR," said
Joseph. "Together we will elevate the patient care experience and ensure excellent surgical outcomes."

In addition to her clinical background, Joseph has been involved in several entrepreneur ventures. She was co-founder of
InVicta Companies and was a regional vice president for Arbonne International. Most recently, Joseph was a partner and
managing director for a startup company in Newport Beach where she was responsible for marketing to surgeons, negotiating
contracts and managing day-to-day operations.

Renaissance Surgical Arts at Newport Harbor, located within the Pacific Medical Plaza building at 1640 Newport Blvd., is a
20,000-plus square foot outpatient facility that marks a new concept in physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers. By
investing in the most advanced technology and through meticulous planning built to surgeons' specifications, Renaissance at
