Pollo Frito Ingredientes: 2 libras de filete de caderas picadas en bocados 2 tazas de leche 3 cdas de vinagre 1 taza de harina de todo

uso 1/2 taza de harina de maz 1 cda de paprika 1 1/2 cdta de polvo de ajo 1 1/2 cdta de organo 1 1/2 cdta de polvo de chili 1 1/2 cdta de pimienta roja 1/2 cdta de mostaza seca 1/2 cdta de sal 1/2 cdta de pimienta Aceite para frer Procedimiento: Coloque el pollo en un recipiente hondo. Mezcle el vinagre con la leche y deje que se corte. Vierta la leche sobre el pollo y mezcle bien. Deje reposar de 1 hora hasta de un da para otro depende de la disponibilidad de tiempo. Esta marinada de leche hace que el pollo quede ms tierno y suave. En otro recipiente mezcle la harina con la harina de maz y el resto de las especias. Escurra el pollo y pase por la harina sazonada. Fra en aceite abundante hasta dorados. Sirva seguida con el Mayo-Ktchup glorificado. Mayo-ktchup "glorificado"

Una mezcla que utilizo tanto que ya es casi automtico cuando la preparo. En casa siempre hay en el refrigerador para cualquier emergencia de surullitos o tostones.
Ingredientes: 1 taza de Mayonesa 1/4 taza de Ktchup 2 dientes de ajo molido 1 a 2 cdtas de salsa inglesa Jugo de un limn Pique (opcional y al gusto) Cilantrillo picadito

Italian dresing

1 tablespoon garlic salt 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon white sugar 2 tablespoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried basil 1 tablespoon dried parsley

1/4 teaspoon celery salt 2 tablespoons salt

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic salt, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, celery salt and regular salt. Store in a tightly sealed container. To prepare dressing, whisk together 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup canola oil, 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons of the dry mix.

Ingredients

1 pound beef top sirloin steak 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons white sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch squares 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

Slice the steak into 1/2-inch thick slices across the grain. Whisk together soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and ginger in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Place the steak slices into the marinade, and stir until well-coated. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, and place 1/3 of the steak strips into the hot oil. Cook and stir until the beef is well-browned, about 3 minutes, and remove the beef from the wok to a bowl. Repeat twice more, with the remaining beef, and set the cooked beef aside. Return all the cooked beef to the hot wok, and stir in the onion. Toss the beef and onion together until the onion begins to soften, about 2 minutes, then stir in the green pepper. Cook and stir the mixture until the pepper has turned bright green and started to become tender, about 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes, stir everything together, and serve.
