The WIZARD 4000 indicator is housed in a IP66 enclosure and monitors chemical remaining in the tank, daily usages, and feed rates to give you superior control of your gas feed system. The scale comes pre-calibrated and the installation is extremely simple with no pit or special installation personnel required.
OPTIONAL FEATURES

incorporates a shear beam load cell and a micro-processor instrument to offer the most modern tonne container weighing device available today.
The WIZARD 4000 weight indicator simultaneously monitors remaining chemicals, feed rates and usages on up to 4 separate Chlor-Scales.

The platforms built-in roller safely cradle the tonne

trunnions

container and allow the operator to rotate the tank to position the valves for proper feeding. The rugged shear beam load cell is used for its ability to withstand the severe shock and side loading associated with the use of tonne containers. In addition, this extremely accurate NTEP certified load cell can detect changes in weight down to 0.50kgs. This makes it ideal for applications that have very small daily usages or other process applications which require a high degree of accuracy.

independent, adjustable 4-20mA signal (net weight or feed rate) Each channel (scale) has an adjustable low-level alarm relay contact. A report printing function automatically and manually sends data with a time and date stamp through a RS232 or RS485 port to a remote printer.
