ABOUT THIS MODULE

This unique training module has been personally designed by Mehul Kuwadia. He has used similar module to train trainers for DNA, Jetking, Godrej Hi Care, etc. The results of this module have been very encouraging. The module uses the modern principles of adult learning. The methodology used is interactive, group working & experiential. 70% to 80% of the time the participants are involved in activities OR exercises OR games & 20% to 30% time is used for debrief. The module is ideal for: Call Centre Training, Retail Selling, Customer Service, Basic Sales Training, Financial Products Selling, Staff Development, Worker Development, and Students Training OR Social Grooming.

Mr. Kuwadia has been actively associated with Bombay Management Association, Ahmedabad Management Association and Indian Society for Training & Development. He is keenly interested in the fields of Astrology & Palmistry. He has formally studied it from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan. He has done Diploma in Dramatics & Certificate course in Film Making.
