5reinar lideres . um dos maiores #enef!%ios que podemos trazer para a igre$a. 5emos o e(emplo de 6ois.s em 7(odo 89, que enfrentou pro#lemas ao %entralizar a lideran&a em uma s: pessoa. Assim distri#uiu suas tarefas para indiv!duos %apazes, que supervisionariam grupos de dez, %inq;enta, %em e mil pessoas ,<(odo 893=8-. "esta forma, 6ois.s poderia desempen)ar sua lideran&a %om mais efi%i7n%ia, levando o povo > 4sa#er o %amin)o em que deveriam andar e a o#ra que deveriam fazer+ ,<(odo 893=?- 4. A es%ola de lideres faz parte da vis'o dos %in%o minist.rios dada por 1esus em , fesios @388-. (istem+ %om vistas ao aperfei&oamento dos santos para o desempen)o de seu servi&o ,efesios @38=-. A treinamento dos mem#ros parte do prin%ipio de que todo %rente pode ser um l!der, sendo que sua %apa%idade e responsa#ilidades podem variar de a%ordo %om os talentos que re%e#eu. Seu o#$etivo maior . formar o %ar*ter do l!der, trata0lo e tirar o seu mel)or. le pretende restaurar o zelo pela palavra de "eus. Na es%ola de lideres a vida e o minist.rio s'o tra#al)ados. A ensino deve ser um espa&o para as pessoas se realizem, e se tornarem su$eitas do pr:prio %on)e%imento. Na es%ola de lideres, as pessoas pre%isam ter oportunidades para usarem seus talentos e desenvolverem suas %apa%idades. Isto signifi%a sair da fun&'o de 4esquentador de #an%o na igre$a+ e assumir as responsa#ilidades da vida %rist', sendo um %rente ativo. Escola de lderes I 4Ao final do treinamento o l!der dever* estar sufi%ientemente treinado, %ons%iente de seus dons, %ompartil)ando do %on)e%imento, su#metendo0se a ele e produzindo frutos+. A pro%esso de prepara&'o dura mais ou menos nove meses )* um perigo de se reduzir o tempo da es%ola, pois para tra#al)ar o %ar*ter . pre%iso que se gaste tempo e dedi%a&'o, apesar desta forma&'o ser um pro%esso %ontinuo na vida de todo o %rente. 5erminado esse per!odo, a pessoa est* geralmente pronta para gerar frutos. sse treinamento deve ser usado %om intelig7n%ia e dis%ernimento. A ensino n'o pode sair da igre$a, pois ele faz parte da grande %omiss'o. Pre%isamos adequar o nosso treinamento > nossa realidade. "urante a es%ola de l!deres, o aluno deve estar orando por tr7s pessoas e, at. o termino, ou logo ap:s, ini%iar seu grupo familiar. A es%ola de l!deres n'o forma pastores, e, sim, l!deres de grupos familiares.

Currculo
A treinamento para desenvolver l!deres deve ter em vista que o l!der . treinado para3 -pregar/> %onsolidar, -pastorear/, treinar, -preparar/, enviar para fazer dis%!pulos e formar outros l!deres. sses quatro n!veis $* e(istem em v*rias igre$as, muitas vezes %om outros nomes, mas o %on%eito . o mesmo. 5odas as aulas, e(er%!%ios e rela%ionamentos t7m por o#$etivo desenvolver estas quatro )a#ilidades, que devem estar sempre > vista, %omo um alvo %onstante. A %onteDdo deste m:dulo8 se #aseia no estudo da estrat.gia da igre$a formada por grupos familiares e nas doutrinas do novo nas%imento, para que o dis%!pulo entenda seu desenvolvimento, se situando nesta realidade %omo l!der. No segundo modulo, ele pre%isa %ompreender o pulm'o da grande %omiss'o a consolidao. 5am#.m s'o tra#al)ados os aspe%tos da %ruz de Cristo, num am#iente de %ura interior, num pro%esso de tratamento, li#erta&'o, #atal)a espiritual, $e$um e ora&'o, que %ulminar'o em uma vida a#undante e pr:spera. Alunos e professores est'o ali para aprender, %res%er, tro%ar e(peri7n%ias, %on)e%imentos. Sem dDvida, o professor, ali . o aprendiz mais e(perimentado, que deve ter muito mais %ontri#ui&'o a darF so#retudo, porque . o %ondutor da aprendizagem o dis%!pulador. Assim pro%edendo, estaremos formando dis%ipuladores aut7nti%os, %riativos, %apazes. ste material apresentado em forma de estudo, visa %ontri#uir para dis%!pulador e dis%!pulos, levando0se em %onta a #agagem que trazem %on)e%imentos pr.vios, fome e ne%essidade de sa#er, al%an%em resultados positivos. G evidente que n'o esta#ele%emos tudo aqui, dei(amos espa&o para resolver quest/es imprevistas e para a #us%a. Ao final de %ada aula dever* ser dada uma tarefa para que o aluno %umpra durante a semana. la#ore tarefas desafiadoras que levem os seus dis%!pulos a prati%arem o %onteDdo tra#al)ado. Algumas li&/es $* vem %om sugest/es para estas tarefas. A metodologia foi e sempre ser* aquela que o mestre 1esus ensinou3 1esus ensinava envolvendoF os dis%!pulos aprendiam fazendo. A fio %ondutor do ensino de 1esus foi o rela%ionamento %onstru!do entre mestre e dis%!pulo, onde a vida do mestre . o prin%ipal fator do ensino. 4Conte %om o esp!rito Santo para ter o ensino so#renatural+.

As fun&/es da avalia&'o s'o freq;entemente %onfundidas %om autoritarismo, identifi%a&'o de erros eIou desHnimo. A avalia&'o deve ser pro%essual e qualitativa. Para avaliar, devem ser definidos o#$etivos, e, ent'o, #us%amos qual a mel)or maneira de verifi%ar se foram al%an&ados. Se nossa meta maior . a transforma&'o do %ar*ter dos dis%!pulos, ent'o uma das maneiras de avaliar seria o#servar sua maneira de ser e as transforma&/es que vem o%orrendo. Avalia&/es ,es%ritas e prati%as- e tra#al)os devem ser ela#orados de a%ordo %om as pe%uliaridades de %ada turma. Cada professor dever* adaptar seu pro%esso de avalia&'o de a%ordo %om as %ara%ter!sti%as de seus alunos, %omo o lan&amento de notas em di*rio, fi%a por %onta da dire&'o e do mestre de %ada es%ola de lideres.
