place of business, UNITED AIRLINES UAL. 5 Touhy Ave., Chicago,
Illinois 60666. ERB was advised of the identity of the *'QM
interviewing agents. ERB was advised the purpose of the interview ..•-• ""''-:':/19'' *
was to obtain a flight history of all the passengers on UAL Flight / Personal
175. which was scheduled to fly from Boston, Massachusetts to Los / Privacy
Angeles, California, on September 11, 2001. ERB provided the
following information:

employee file number L - AHMED left his contact information
as 14545 J. Military Trail. #180. Del Ray Beach, Florida 33484,
telephone number 954 815-3004. AHMED purchased a one-way first
class electronic ticket for both himself and ALSHERI. At the time
the ticket was reserved, seat assignments were made for AHMED, row
2, seat A, and ALSHERI, row 2, seat B. The tickets were purchased
on August 27, 2001. AHMED used a VISA credit card in his name,
credit card number 4937-5020-6479-5995, expiration November 2002!
The total cost of the tickets was $4,500.00.

AHMED ALGHAMDI and HAZMA ALGHAMDI made their reservations

over the Internet on August 29,2001. HAMZA ALGHAMDI'S VISA credit
card number 4011 8060 7081 5991, expiration June 2003, was declined
due to being over his credit limit. HAMZA ALGHAMDI had AHMED
ALGHAMDI'S ticket taken off his order. HAMZA ALGHAMDI'S ticket
purchase was then accepted by VISA. When AHMED ALGHAMDI'S ticket
purchase was submitted by itself for the same card, It was refused.
HAMZA ALGHAMOI or an associate telephoned UAL INTERNET SUPPORT and
spoke *"' '1 ««Name Unknown LNU of ROSENBLUTH INTERNATIONAL,
at their Internet support office located in North Dakota, telephone
800 589-5582. They answer the 800 number from the UAL web site.
ROSENBLUTH INTERNATIONAL then contacted^ I UAL
Detroit, Michigan. On August 30. 2001.1 ~l received
authorization to charge AHMED ALGHAMDI'S ticket on the same VISA
card as HAMZA ALGHAMDI. The ticket was a one-way Business Class

The total purchase price for both tickets was $3,520.00. HAMZA
ALGHAMDI had his itinerary and confirmation sent to his e-Mail
address ZIZO2020@YAHOO.COM. HAMZA ALGHAMDI provided his address as
