The truth is, I really need to work on my leadership skills. I'm a good worker and totally competent, but sometimes I lack the confidence to stand up and take a leadership position. So i m learning how to give batter direction to others who r not self motivated. I am not as assertive as I would like to be, but I am working on being more assertive by being social in large groups. 5) why do think should we take you for this job? list out the qualities u posses and match them with requirements.
