Participated in preparing for 2001 launch

performance three times, in the top 5 once
Marketed every product Xerox sold and was one of
the most successful Xerox sales employees in the
Pacific Northwest in the last 4 decades
Developed first Xerox Business Services program
(e.g. facilities management) within Xerox, involving
a state government entity and printing facility
Participated in dozens of advanced classes on
client care, product knowledge and Leadership
Through Quality (working toward the Baldrige
award)

Extensive leadership roles for many non-profit
groups including; Rotary (President, VP, Program
Chairman and District officer), YMCA Board, Griffin

and Respectful Workplace (RW)—a Diversity
Workshop while with DLP. All three workshops
were from Edge Learning Institute in Tacoma.
