Executive Summary
Job Satisfaction Surveys are conducted to identify and understand factors important to overall employee job satisfaction from the perspectives of both employees and HR professionals. This knowledge helps HR professionals better understand and appreciate employee preferences when developing programs and policies designated to influence employee satisfaction.
Therefore a job satisfaction survey was conducted for Aryaman Sai Goa to find out the overall job satisfaction of the employees. This report discusses the result of the employee job satisfaction survey conducted. The survey was designed to measure satisfaction on a broad range of issues considered to be important such as in areas of Compensation and promotion potential, communication, safety management, work place policies, job satisfaction and training and development issues.
The Report includes the methodology, analysis and findings and the interpretation of the results. The survey was conducted in two phases. The first phase included collection of the data. The survey was conducted with a randomly selected sample that included employees from sales, accounts and service department by using questionnaires. The questionnaire included close ended and open ended questions.
The second phase involved analysis and interpretation of the results. The result obtained from the survey questionnaires was in a numeric form which was then used to derive a theoretical conclusion. It was concluded that the employees of Aryaman Sai were having a high job satisfaction. This will serve as the informative data for improvement efforts focused on employees satisfaction. The overall objective survey was to ascertain employees perception of services provided by the company and how these services can be improved to meet their need
