21th TELECOMMUNICATIONS FORUM TELFOR 2013 WILL BE ORGANIZED ON 26th, 27th and 28th NOVEMBER, 2013, IN SAVA CENTER, BELGRADE, SERBIA. Opening Ceremony is on Tuesday, 26thNovember, 2013, 10:30 AM, Hall 1/0.

AUTHORS/CO-AUTHORS, SPONSORS, ALL INTERESTED COLLEAGUES AND STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO COME AND PARTICIPATE IN TELFOR
One can find SAVA CENTER in New Belgrade, Milentije Popovics street no.9. It is most appropriate to use taxi. From the most parts of Belgrade, taxi will cost less than 1200 dinars (up to 10 Euros). Please use the main SAVA Center entrance (most right). The public transport is also available to SAVA Center. Airport Belgrade is not far from the city, it will take around 15 minutes ride by taxi to Sava Center and less than 30 minutes to the center of the city (depending on traffic). There is a buss, but probably most appropriate is to use taxi (1215 Euros in dinars use money change or cash machine at the airport).

PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION

TELFOR participants should register free of charge at the registration desk near the Sava Center entrance. Registration starts at 9:00 AM, Tuesday, November 26, 2013. All TELFOR participants could preferably register electronically in advance at TELFOR site www.telfor.rs . If registered electronically, TELFOR participants should bring the confirmation email, it will speed up their registration. Non author visitors` admittance and their participation in either the authors' sections or in companies` presentations are free of charge. (THERE IS A SEPARATE REGISTRATION/PAYMENT TRACK FOR AUTHORS ONLY.)

REGISTRATION FEES FOR AUTHORS Authors/co-authors of the accepted regular papers should pay registration fees.

AT LEAST ONE REGISTRATION FEE PER EACH ACCEPTED REGULAR PAPER IS REQUIRED. Authors who payed registration fees in advance are asked to bring bank confirmations to the Registration desk. Late registration fees could be payed at the time of registration.

Printed version of the TELFOR program will be given to all registered participants. Program is also published at www.telfor.rs.

OPENING CEREMONY

Do not miss the Opening Ceremony, Tuesday, November 26, 2013, starting at 10:30 AM, Hall 1/0 of Sava Center. Every year around 1000 participants and guests from all Telecommunications and ICT fields participate in Opening Ceremony. An accepted paper has to be presented in regular or student sections by its author or the co-author, strictly following the presentation instructions posted at www.telfor.rs and added to this document. During the TELFOR, in rooms 1/0, Japan Salon and 4/1 one could follow the special, technical, information and commercial presentations of the participating companies. See the Program. Quite a number of companies and institutions will present their products, systems and services at the TELFOR exhibition in the Main Hall of SAVA Center.

FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF PAPERS

Upon closing of the Forum accepted and presented papers, with payed registration fees, will be submitted for possible publication in the IEEE Xplore database (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org ). Titles` and authors` list of finally accepted papers, together with the corresponding authors` Index, will be posted at www.telfor.rs . If necessary, please write to office@telfor.rs .

TELFOR PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS



Author or co-author should present an accepted paper. Scientific and technical presentations should be presented by invited author or by the companys representative. For presenting a regular or student paper, for questions, answers and discussions, a maximum of 15-20 minutes is provided in total. Authors should prepare (and rehearse !) the presentation in accordance with the time given. Should the presentation last longer than the allowed time slot, the chairperson will stop the presentation at his discretion. For invited papers and invited presentations, special sessions and presentations in technical and commercial sections, duration of time slots will be determined in agreement with the organizers. Authors should prepare paper/presentation summary in the form of short thesis, pictures, formulas and diagrams in the form of a Windows Power Point file (or compatible), to be used for projection by computer and video beam. Copy of the presentation should be handed to technical personnel on a suitable medium (Flash memory) prior to beginning of the session. Organizers will provide the technical equipment necessary for performing the presentation; however, the presenters are free to use their own laptops while presenting. Authors should adjust their presentations for visibility. Letters, figures, tables and formulas should be visible from at least 10m distance, bearing in mind that the projected surface is approximately 2*1.5 m. Text and Number size should be at least 24-28 points. One slide should not contain more than a few text lines, one photo or 1-2 formulas. Tables should not be larger then 6x5 rows/columns etc While presenting, it is an advice for the presenters to leave out any complicated explanations, formulas and to avoid complex technical details. The oral part of the presentation should focus on basic ideas, concepts, solutions and results, in accordance with the time slots given. Author should come to the presentation hall at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the session and is obliged to register with technical secretary and chairperson.
