the devices used in this document started with a cleared (default) configuration. If your network is
live, make sure that you understand the potential impact of any command.

Main Flowchart
If you have the output of a show ip ospf neighbor, show ip ospf neighbor, or show tech-support
command from your Cisco device, you can use Output Interpreter ( registered customers only) to
display potential issues and fixes. To use Output Interpreter, you must have JavaScript enabled.
