Washington Post-Game Notes Husky Stadium Nov.

29, 2013 Washington Notes Bishop Sankey set the UW TD career touchdown record (36) and passed Corey Dillon (1,695) for single-season rushing yards on his 7-yard TD scamper in the third quarter. He now has 1,775 yards rushing this season and has scored in 14-straight games dating back to last season, the longest current streak in FBS football. Sankey also has rushed for a UW record 306 times this season, passing Dillons total of 301 from 1996. Sankey became just the second 16th player in Pac-12 history to rush for more than 1,700 yards in a season. He is 11th all-time in conference single-season history at 1,775 and needs just 30 in the bowl game to tie LaMichael James (2011) for 10th all-time. Sankey surpassed 100 yards on the ground for the 16th time in his career to move into sole possession for third most all-time in UW history. He trails only Napoleon Kaufman (17) and Chris Polk (21). He has rushed for over 100 yards nine times this season and in 13 of the last 17 games dating back to last season. Sankey has rushed for 200-plus three times this season, four times overall in his career. He and Napoleon Kaufman are the only players to do so four times in their career and three times in the same season (Kaufman, 1994). Keith Price threw his school record 74th touchdown pass of his career. He is tied with Steve Stenstrom (Stanford, 1991-94) for 9th all-time in Conference history. UW now has 6,142 total yards of offense this season. The previous school record was 5,469 in 2002. Travis Coons 48-yard field goal in the first quarter was a career high and makes him 5-of-6 from 40plus yards this season. He added a 39-yarder in the third and is now 14-of-15 on the season. His percentage of (.933) is second best in UW single-season history, trailing only Chuck Nelson (25-26, .962, 1982). Hauoli Kikaha entered the Huskies single-season top-10 sack list collecting his 9th and 10th in the second quarter. He is tied for 6th all-time. Today was the first time the Huskies have not scored a touchdown in the first half. Washington has scored a touchdown in the first drive of the third quarter in 11 of 12 games this season, only failing to do so against Idaho State. Austin Seferian-Jenkins grabbed the 20th touchdown of his career and is No. 4 on the UWs all-time receiving touchdown list. He now only trails Reggie Williams (22), Jermaine Kearse (29) and Mario Bailey (30). After outscoring the Cougars 17-0 in the third, Washington is now besting opponents 177-65 in the third quarter.
