Everest College/Bryman College Los Angeles, CA 03/11- 10/13 Campus President Converted a $2MM annual loss to 12% pretax in just 22 months. When Title IV policies excluded ATB population (40% of school population), offset reduced revenue with expense reductions to achieve breakeven. Despite our campus being up for sale and reducing staffing by 50%, increased both customer and employee satisfaction. Achieved all ongoing program accreditation placement rates. Improved audit results 36% in first year. This Everest College campus was sold and re-branded Bryman College in January 2013. WyoTech Long Beach, CA 1/10 3/11 Campus Vice President Generated 20%+ profitability each year, by beating sales forecast and controlling costs. Drove turnarounds in Admissions, Career Services and Cohort Default Rate departments. Revitalized Admissions team, selecting a new Director and significantly increasing admissions representative productivity. Reconstructed Career Services team, recruiting a new Director. When the dot.com bubble burst, training centers began failing, so focus shifted to survival. Increased labor productivity, particularly for salespeople, and improved delivery efficiency. Promoted to implement these techniques for the entire network. General Manager - Burbank, CA campus 5/00 2/01 Took command of a campus losing $100K per month. Doubled enrollments by hiring sales manager and aggressively replacing poor performers. Breakeven came in nine months.
