Mobile, 36604 Senior Seminar Proposal: Goal: To help Wintzells increase online engagement by the promotion of customer and employee submission for the monumental 75th anniversary year and book Objective: - To promote the 75th anniversary of Wintzells Oyster House through a social media and webbased outlets that will result in the collection of 25 personal Wintzells stories, which will help the Wintzells Corporation lay the foundation for their celebratory Wintzells 75th anniversary book. - To increase brand awareness through an escalation in social media engagement and followers - To drive more customers to the new Wintzells website - To promote engagement on social media sites within restaurants Business Challenges: - Wintzells has not yet promoted their 75th anniversary - Wintzells needs an increase in customer engagement on their website - Wintzells is in need of an increase in customers engagement within all their social media pages - Wintzells would like to create a new book within its merchandise Insights: - Research on different social media tactics and measuring tools - Research on anniversaries and promotions - Research on Wintzells as a corporation from the beginning to now Strategy: - Provide Wintzells Corporation with two months of social media posts on their main Wintzells Oyster House Facebook page, twitter page and Instagram, as well as six of their other Wintzells location Facebook pages. o Customers will be able to give Wintzells their personal stories through messaging on Facebook and posting to the different page walls on Facebook. - Plan to input a form on to the Wintzells website, where customers will easily navigate too, in order to give their stories and input on to the website and it will automatically be emailed to the marketing email at Wintzells. Calendar: Sept. 27th- Have all posts written, promotional posters and all book imaging finished, press release written and the website form all ready for publishing.

Sept. 30th- Have week one of October posts scheduled and send press release. October 1st- First day of book promotion published on all social media sites, web page and press release October 3rd- Have week of 6th-12th posts scheduled October 10th- Have week of 13th- 19th posts scheduled October 17th- Have week of 20-26th posts scheduled October 24th- Have week of 27th Novemeber 2nd posts scheduled November 5th- Have at least 25 stories submitted and considered

Measuring Tools: - Google analytics and Wordpress to measure and plan website engagement - Facebook insights to measure Facebook engagement - Vocus insights to send press release - Sprout Social insights and tools to schedule and organize all posts on different pages
