Case Study: 2 YEH HAI YOUNGISTAN MERI JAAN Critically analyze the business model mentioned in this case? Vardan is a person who actually believed in his aims, He is passionate about his dream; that he wanted to start a school, although he faced many difficulties while opening it. The first challenge for him in the field was the finance. Luckily he was not alone. His batch mate and at last his soul mate Ankita diwekar was attracted towards the school project and now she is the key peron of the school. STAY HUNGRY STAY FOOLISH in this statement STAY HUNGRY means NEVER BE SATISFIED. Vardan plays an important role like he was the overall coordinator of the Techfest-(the biggest technology festival in India) and still he was unsatisfied from the Job. AND ALWAYS PUSH YOURSELF in this statement Vardan fits as a person that he thought he is in a rat race and he can do something of his own that is far more better then a HiFi Job. AND STAY FOOLISH means DO (OR BE WILLING TO KEEP TRYING) THE THINGS PEOPLE SAY CANNOT BE DONE. At this stage Vardan realized that he wanted to start a school. And he decided it after doing so many researches and chooses a place called Surat where good schools were lacking, however the first six periods were a major law period for him. His words I dont know what I am doing and where I was heading. Although he saw a tough period and constant hardworking of four years now his Vision of a school is a concrete reality. In the end I would like to say that His dreams come true because he was not only dreaming but working on it, as Vardan says it takes times for big dreams to materialize. So basically its the courage that he has done what he thinks. And his bench mate and soul mate ankita has helped him a lot on it. Advantages: The advantages are: 1. The first advantage of being an entrepreneur is that we live in a dream to make it true and we do all possible things in order to make our dream true. 2. Secondly as an entrepreneur in this case Vardan has established his goals although he did had seen worst time. Disadvantage: 1. Vardan has a biggest hurdle in having some financial problems that is why he makes the institution private. 2. To opening an institution is Vardans dream and he is lacking finance, so that is why he entered private person but the constraint is in that there is no guarantee of business in partnership, your business secrets will not be yours anymore.
