The Government of Odellmer III shall be a Republic. There are to be 3 branches of Government an Executive, a Legislative, and a Judiciary.

Each will have 4 separate branches, with one head Executive, and 3 co-presidents. One is the commander of the all the armed forces, another deals with the legislative branch, another with the judiciary branch, and one who deals with all matters with the people. The legislative branch has 4 houses of representatives and to pass a law or veto a bill it must have a vote of 300 of the 400 representatives, one for each state of ODellmer 111 . The judiciary branch (all four of them) has 48 Supreme Judges. (12 for each branch) The Judges decide whether or not a case is lawful or not. Our government has a system of checks and balances. The Judiciary can veto the Houses of representatives new laws, the president puts the judges in power, and the Houses of representatives can veto the president. All branches start on the first of January every year. They stop for four 1 month breaks. The first is in April, the second July, the third October, the last in December. They are to meet in our capital, Keintuchkopfe, all branches meet in their own respective hall of our capital building Schmutzig Huhn. Powers of Government: Executive: 1. The head president is commander-in-chief. He presides over the army. The other branches of the military are controlled by the Senior Field Marshalls 2. The executives have the power to remove and to place supreme court judges with the consent of the house of representatives. 6. The executive branch can declare war on another nation (or planet) with the consent of the house of representatives. Legislative: 1. The legislative branch creates laws. 2. The legislative branch has to approve executive decisions before they take place. 3. The legislative branch can declare war on other nations. (or planets) 4. The legislative branch oversees negotiations with other nations. Judiciary 1, The judiciary branch checks executive bills to see if they are constitutional. 2. The judiciary branch checks proposed legislative laws to see if they are constitutional. 3. The judiciary branch decides cases brought before it by citizens. 4. The judiciary branch can overall state court rulings if unconstitutional. 5. The judiciary branch advises war councils. 6. The judiciary branch can veto proposed legislative laws . 7. The judiciaries judge the doings of the Warlords.

CONCERNING WARS 1. The head of the army is to be the Head President. The heads of the other branches are to be the Warlords and Field Marshalls. 2. There are to be 5 branches of the armed forces The Army, The Marine Corps, The Navy, The Air Force, and the Joint Task Force of Mercenary Forces. (JTFMF) 3. Nuclear Weapons are not to be used on Massive civilian populations, lest the enemy soldiers be mixed amongst the civilians and a nukes use be justified. 4. Members of the armed forces can take any belongings they want from captured villages formerly belonging to non-human1 life forms.

CONCERNING MONEY Our national currency is the Dellmer Dollar. The Dellmer Dollar is equivalent to 1 pound of gold or 2 pounds of silver which is housed in the national treasury. Our government (Once established) is not to borrow more than 1 million dollars annually. We are to accept all other human currencies, especially those from Earth.

To amend the constitution all branches must agree on the new amendment and why the old bill was obsolete. The proposal must be accepted by all three branches, and any branch can recommend a change to the house of representatives where they then set to work. If all three branches agree, the people have a vote to change the constitution where vote will change the constitution.
