With reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to offer
You an employment in our organization situated at 158/4, Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-17, for a

PLACE OF DEPUTATION:
Your place of deputation and reporting will be TUNIP INFO SYSTEMS LTD ,CHENNAI. However your
Services are transferable to any place in the Country or to any associates / sister concerns or its Subsidiaries.

INCREMENTS:
Increments are annual at the companys discretion. You will have to meet the companys
Performance standards to become eligible for the increment.

5.

GROWTH POTENTIAL:
Promotion and other forms of growth are based on opportunities and your performance, rathe
than seniority available at the place of deputation.

6.

NOTICE PERIOD:
You will be required to give a notice of 30 clear working days or 30 days salary in lieu thereof, for
resignation from the services of the company during the probation period and thereafter. However,
at the time of reliving, you shall ensure that all your on-going activities and possession of articles,
documents, mobile phones, SIM cards, Advances etc, are successfully completed, to the satisfaction
of your reporting manager or superior at TUNIP INFO SYSTEMS LTD.

TERMINATION CLAUSE:
Your employment can terminate in the event we receive an adverse report about your
Performance. Also. Your assignment is subject to the continuance of the specific contract against
Which your services have been sought. In the event of termination of the said contract, we will try
To either absorb you as per the rules and prevailing salary structure of the company, if a vacancy
exits, or a months notice will be given to you to terminate this contract.

8.

GROUP INSURANCE & PERSONAL ACCIDENT COVERAGE:


You will be entitled to become a member of a group Medi-claim Insurance Scheme for an
Insurance coverage of up to Rupees One Lakh. You will also be covered under the Group Personal
accident Scheme for an insurance coverage of up to Rupees One Lakh. These benefits are
application as per the terms and conditions of the policy.

9.

REPORTING:
The appointment will be effective from the date of joining, i.e.13.05.2012 and you are required to
report daily to your reporting head, at your place of deputation.

10. ABANDONMENT:
Absence from work for a continuous period of Seven days (including absence from work against
leave thought applied for but not granted) or when overstayed for a period of seven days after
expiry of sanctioned leave, will make you lose your lien on the job and your service shall
automatically come to an end without any notice or information.

FULL TIME ASSIGNMENT:


You shall during your assignment with the company, devote whole time and attention to the
Companys business entrusted to you and shall not engage yourself directly or indirectly in any
Business or service, other than companys business and service, without prior written permissi
on of the company.

SECRECY:
You shall not divulge, communicate or pass any information in any form, related to any aspect of
The company to anyone outside the company. Your individual remuneration is purely a matter
between you and the company and arrived at on the basis of specific background and professional
merit. We expect you to maintain this information and any changes in it, as personal and
confidential.

13.

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS:
You shall not conduct yourself in any manner amounting to breach of confidence or inconsistent
with the position of responsibility occupied by you. You are expected to deal with the companys
money, material and documents with utmost honesty and professional ethics. You will be required to demonstrate
sincerity in your effort in any task assigned to you by the organization.

14.

PRESENTABILITY:
You are expected to be neatly dressed and presentable while on work. Employees, who are
directed to wear uniforms and safety shoes, are required to wear the uniform and safety shoes
while they are on duty.

15.

COMPANY POLICIES:
You will be governed by the companys policies on office timings, leave, travel, transfer,
misconduct etc., presently in force or introduced / amended from time to time.
Kindly note that any action of yours, contrary to any of the above mentioned clauses shall render
the contract liable for termination with immediate effect, not withstanding any other terms and
conditions of the assignment.
Your assignment is based on the information provided by you. If any information given by you to
the company proves to be false or if you are found to have suppresser any material information,
insuch an event, your services will be liable for termination with immediate effect, not
withstanding any other terms and conditions of the assignment.
Please sign the duplicate copy of this letter, as also the annexure in acknowledgement and
acceptance of the letter.
