61 Customs and tradition Custom is a practice followed by people of a particular group or region.

A tradition is a belief or behavior passed down within a group or society with symbolic meaning or special significance with origins in the past. Every country has its own custom and tradition or we can call it culture. A countrys custom and tradition give an identity or symbol to be known by world. For example, we can see the unique of Malaysia customs and traditions. Within Malaysian society there is a Malay culture, a Chinese culture, an Indian culture. Every Malaysian has its own traditions. For instance, Malays traditional cloth is Baju Kurung, Indians traditional cloth is saree and Chinese;s traditional cloth is Cheongsam. Even though everything is more convenient today more than ever, people seem to have less time to do the things that need to be done. We teach are children that they have to fill every waking minute with some type of activity, and yet we get upset with them when they claim to be bored. We have become a society of people that cannot live in a sedentary lifestyle.63 Patriotism Patriotism is generally cultural attachment to one's homeland or devotion to one's country, although interpretations of the term vary with context, geography and philosophy] It is a related sentiment to nationalism. Patriotism is kind of strong passion which inspires one to military service ones country. As one part from the lodge in Malaysia, we should always show loyalty and gratitude to our country. For example, schools can organize certain campings or campaigns which help to improve the self-conscious among students relating to the importance of showing patriotism to their country. too that,school must ensure that there will be a singing session for Negaraku during assembly.Although it was a simple action,however it would be a great way to show our devotion to Malaysia. 64 marriage compatibility Compatibility is a state in which two things are able to exist or occur together without problems or conflict. Marriage compatibility is marriage that exist without problems or conflict.

When coming to marriage compatibility, couples that believe it will have a test before they marry. Some of them thinks that it is important to avoid divorce and argument that they do not like to happen. In my opinion, I think this marriage compatibility test can be done but we must not put too much belief inside. 65 technological era Era is a long and distinct period of history with a particular feature or characteristic. Technological era is distinct period of history with modern technology. Nowadays, we are losing most of our traditions and culture as our country move forwards rapidly into the technological era. This is totally true because we are now experiencing the wind of change in our tradition and culture itself. Are these change will lead for the better or for worse? Just ask yourself. Some of the effect may be positive while others may be negative. However, the result of the technological era will change the patterns of social cultural for our country on the youth, the tradition and also the culture. 66 leadership Leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization. Nobodys perfect and becoming a strong leader is something you can learn and even improve if you think that youre lacking in certain areas. As in many other roles in the corporate world, a leadership role is a never ending process of self analysis and self improvement. In my opinion, I think that we should practice leadership in our life because it can give us strength to improve ourself and contribute or country. Leadership can give confidence to a person to be more successful in life. 67 consumerism Consumerism is the protection or promotion of the interests of consumers. The best way to learn about consumerism is to read and understand the definition. By doing so, we educate ourselves about how to make proper buying selling decisions. Consumers must learn to practice their roles while consuming products. Positive criticize should be done to products that are not informative so that authorities can take proper action. Consumers right should be kept in everyones mind and practice it in daily life.

One Malaysia is a concept that emphasis on unity of races in Malaysia. It is also an important concept for development of the country. One Malaysia is a concept that must practiced by all the citizens of our country. We need to unite to improve our country. In my opinion, we can achieve this by being a successful person in life to contribute to country and doesnt work for other country. Conflict must not exist between races so that we can work hand in hand to improve a countrys politic, economy and social. 69 causes of obesity Obesity means having too much body fat. It is not the same as being overweight, which means weighing too much. Television watching is a strong obesity risk factor, in part because exposure to food and beverage advertising can influence what people eat. Physical activity can protect against weight gain, but globally, people just arent doing enough of it. Lack of sleepanother hallmark of the Western lifestyleis also emerging as a risk factor for obesity. Heredity plays a role in obesity but generally to a much lesser degree than many people might believe. Rather than being obesitys sole cause, genes seem to increase the risk of weight gain and interact with other risk factors in the environment, such as unhealthy diets and inactive lifestyles. And healthy lifestyles can counteract these genetic effects. Behaviour and environment play a large role causing people to be overweight and obese and are the greatest areas for prevention and treatment actions. 70 relationships Relationship is the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected. There are many kinds of relationships,and a given kind may fit a given person or couple at one stage of development but not at another. Driven by our personal history, we choose partners who help us meet our present needs, fulfill our expectations, and if we're lucky, work throughour issues and grow in the directions in which we need to grow. For a person or couple, recognizing this can open doors to a broader spectrum of ways of being with ourselves and each other. 71 personal growth Personal growtht includes activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. There are various steps to improve personal growth. One of it is action steps. So far, everything you have done to change has been talk. Now it's time to actually make change happen. Action steps describe the particular actions you will take to achieve your change goals. They may range from adhering to an exercise regimen to maintaining emotional control in a crisis situation to

staying focused when surrounded by distractions. Action steps give you the specific tools you need to act on the world in the present and to give you alternative actions that counter your old baggage, habits, emotions, and environment. 72 migrant labour The term "migrant worker" has different official meanings and connotations in different parts of the world. Migrations by migrant workers may be permanent, semi-permanent, short-term and seasonal, or daily.The improvement in communication links between countries and the freedom of movement of citizens living within Malaysia have seen an increase in the number of people moving in search of work. 73 dementia Dementia is a chronic or persistent disorder of the mental processes caused by brain disease or injury and marked by memory disorders, personality changes, and impaired reasoning. Dementia is caused by damage to brain cells. This damage interferes with the ability of brain cells to communicate with each other. When brain cells cannot communicate normally, thinking, behavior and feelings can be affected. Old man and woman are more likely to be infected by this disease. Proper care must be given to parents that are old to avoid them to get this disease. Treatment of dementia depends on its cause. In the case of most progressive dementias, including Alzheimer's disease, there is no cure and no treatment that slows or stops its progression. But there are drug treatments that may temporarily improve symptoms. The same medications used to treat Alzheimer's are among the drugs sometimes prescribed to help with symptoms of other types of dementias. Non-drug therapies can also alleviate some symptoms of dementia. 74 white-collar jobs and Blue-collar jobs White collar is belonging or pertaining to the ranks of office and professional workers whose jobs generally do not involve manual labor or the wearing of a uniform or work clothes. Blue collar is Refers to employees whose job entails (largely or entirely) physical labor, such as in a factory or workshop. Blue-collar workers perform labor jobs and typically work with their hands. The skills necessary for blue-collar work vary by occupation. Some blue-collar occupations require highly skilled personnel who are formally trained and certified. These workers include aircraft mechanics, plumbers, electricians and structural workers. Many blue-collar employers hire unskilled and

low-skilled workers to perform simple tasks such as cleaning, maintenance and assembly line work. White-collar workers usually perform job duties in an office setting. They are highly skilled and formally trained professionals. Many white-collar workers, such as accountants, bankers, attorneys and real estate agents, provide professional services to clients. Other white-collar workers, such as engineers and architects, provide services to businesses, corporations and government agencies. 75 anger management Anger management is training for temper control and is the skill of remaining calm. It has been described as deploying anger successfully.Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life. And it can make you feel as though you're at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion. One of the way to have good anger management is think before you speak. In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything and allow others involved in the situation to do the same. 76 gender equality Gender equality, also known as sex equality, sexual equality or equality of the genders, implies that men and women should receive equal treatment, unless there is a sound biological reason for different treatment. Gender inequality has adverse impact on development goals as reduces economic growth. It hampers the overall well being because blocking women from participation in social, political and economic activities can adversely affect the whole society. Many developing countries including India have displayed gender inequality in education, employment and health. In my opinion, gender equality is practiced by the world. Women and men can share to have better chance of education, jobs and a good environment. Competition between male and female are a better choice that it can determine who can perform well. 77 alternative medicine/therapies Alternative medicine is any of a range of medical therapies that are not regarded as orthodox by the medical profession, such as herbalism, homeopathy, and acupuncture. Alternative medicine or therapy in fact does not know by everyone. Alternative therapy such as acupuncture has been practiced since Chinese people since last decade. It is a therapy that can use to cure a lot of disease such as headache,stomach pain and muscle or joint pain.

78 plagiarism Plagiarism is the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own. Plagiarism should not be practiced by one because it can destroy a students reputation. Plagiarism allegations can cause a student to be suspended or expelled. Their academic record can reflect the ethics offense, possibly causing the student to be barred from entering college from high school or another college. Schools, colleges, and universities take plagiarism very seriously. Most educational institutions have academic integrity committees who police students. Many schools suspend students for their first violation. Students are usually expelled for further offences. The consequences of plagiarism have been widely reported in the world of academia. Once scarred with plagiarism allegations, an academics career can be ruined. Publishing is an integral part of a prestigious academic career. To lose the ability to publish most likely means the end of an academic position and a destroyed reputation.

79 K-knowledge 80 computer literacy Computer literacy is defined as the knowledge and ability to utilize computers and related technology efficiently, with a range of skills covering levels from elementary use to programming and advanced problem solving. The world is constantly changing around us. People have come to realize the importance of literacy. One has to get educated to live a better life. As we advance into the information age, digital technology only continues to flourish and become progressively more fundamental in our lives. There are many benefits of computer literacy. One is it can increase in employment. Knowledge of computer makes one employee in an organisation. In any organisation all work is done by the computer. If one have good command in computers then can earn more salary. Besides, being computer literate can result in accuracy. Only literate people can make the result accurate by giving the right command and computer will give the result accurately. Illiterate people will do their work by themselves and there may be chance to get the wrong answer but computer cannot do this.
