Concept and Design

I use Black, Gray, and White (Neutral Homany) as my color palette for my website design as well as logotype. There are two main reasons for choosing this color palette. First, it looks elegant. and it is also one of the most classic color combination, and goes well on different media. Second, since I am doing a promotion for a patisserie boutique, there are many colors for desserts, so I dont want my logo and website using other colors to mass up. For the typeface on website, I choose Georigia, serif typeface, it is a websafe font, and also looks elegant. It is also clarity on computer and mobile divice even at small size. For the typeface on mobile device, I choose Helvetica Neue, sans serif typeface, simple reason for using this typeface is that it displays well on iOS 7 on iPhone. The image I choose for the website using most the same style images. and for the background iamge, I apply lens blur to make customers focus more on the context. The use neutral harmony that dominates my identity
