co-pling with the &tr-ct-ral &olver in LS#3452.
The 7eywor(& covere( in thi& man-al fit into one of three categorie&. ?n the fir&t
category are the 7eywor( car(& that provi(e inp-t to each of the m-ltiphy&ic& &olver&
that in t-rn co-ple with the &tr-ct-ral &olver. ?n the &econ( category are 7eywor( car(&
involving exten&ion& to the 9a&ic &olver&. Pre&ently, the chemi&try an( &tocha&tic par#
ticle &olver& are the two &olver& in thi& category, an( they are -&e( in conK-nction with
the compre&&i9le flow &olver (i&c-&&e( 9elow. ?n the thir( category are 7eywor( car(&
for &-pport facilitie&. 2 vol-me me&her that create& vol-me tetrahe(ral element me&h#

&ervation law&. ?t ha& many non#tra(itional feat-re&, incl-(ing a -nifie( treatment of
&pace an( time, the intro(-ction of &eparate con&ervation element& <C=> an( &ol-tion
element& <S=>, an( a novel &hoc7 capt-ring &trategy witho-t -&ing a 'iemann &olver.
Thi& metho( ha& 9een -&e( to &olve many type& of flow pro9lem&, &-ch a& (etonation
wave&, &hoc7Laco-&tic wave interaction, cavitating flow&, &-per&onic li:-i( Ket&, an(
chemically reacting flow&. ?n LS#3452, it ha& 9een exten(e( to al&o &olve fl-i(#
