A STUDY ON PROFILE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL

The objectives of this project are: To describe the benefits and challenges of applying emotional intelligence To provide tools for assessing individual and organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement To teach the core skills needed for emotional intelligence To present model strategies and examples for using emotional intelligence in business and social settings, with family and friends.

To Study the emotional intelligence of supporting staff in information technology. To study, if there is a relationship between the age of supporting staff & their emotional intelligence. To study, if there is an association between the gender and their emotional intelligence.
