Instructions to Delegates:
This year for the convenience of our wonderful delegates the IFFK has modified the system for registration as a delegate. Please read and follow the instructions below: This year the numbers of delegate passes is going to be restricted to 7000 and only persons who have completed registration including payment within the stipulated time period on a first come first serve basis will be eligible for delegate passes. Delegate Fee is Rs. 400/ ( Rupees Four Hundred only) and Rs. 200/ (Rupees Two hundred only) for students on furnishing of bon a fide student identification from educational institution) For the convenience of delegates two options are available for payment: 1) Internet payment gateway using a credit card/ debit card. (Only possible for Indian credit and Debit cards) 2) Registering online and making payment at designated State Bank of Travancore Branches located all over India. The list of branches will be available while you register. Registration will only be considered complete after payment is made. Registration and payment on first come first serve basis will be available till 5.00pm, 20th of Nov 2013. Persons from outside India may book online during the stipulated period but can make payments at State Bank of Travancore Bakery Jn. Branch , Trivandrum between the 1st and 8th Dec 2012. Please produce copy of Challan at the time of payment. Cards can be collected at the same SBT branch to which payment has been made from the 26th Nov to 1st Dec. 2012 during banking hours. For persons who make online payment choice of collection branch has to be made while registering. Only the branch that has received the payment will issue the Delegate card. Cards that are not collected at the branch will be available at Kerala State Chalachitra Academy, Sasthamangalam on the 3rd and 4th Dec 2012 between 10am and 5.30 pm. For persons registering from outside Kerala but within India, option of postal delivery or collection at SBT Jagathy Branch will be available on the 6th Dec. and 7th Dec 2012 between 10.00am and 5.00pm only. Persons who have registered online from outside India and are making payments at Trivandrum may collect their cards at SBT, Bakery Jn, from 4th -8th Dec 2012. Cards not collected during this period from either SBT Branch or Academy office will be considered as cancelled. No passes will be issued other than during the stipulated period. These instructions are applicable for Students and Delegate registrations only. Media, guests and officials may please use other registration gateways that will be opened. Registration form must be complete in all respects and with required photograph. The Academy has the discretion to close or reopen the registration in case the numbers are filled or not filled. The Academy has full right to cancel any person's registration in case of any wrong doing. The card is strictly non transferable. Persons above 18 years of age only can apply for Student or Delegate pass. The Delegate/ Student pass allows entry to all screenings as specified and to the opening and closing ceremony of the IFFK.
