Turn the power on while pressing and holding down the RCL key. 2. Set system channel to “9999” by operating the FREQ/CH encoder. 3. Press the RCL, 1, 5, 6, 2 and ENT keys in this order. (1562 is the password.) 4. To clear user channel memory, change system channel to “9901” and press the RCL, 1, ENT keys in this order. (To clear power data, change system channel to “9925” and press the RCL, 1, ENT keys in this order.) 5, Wait until the display changes from “1” to “0”, (It takes numerous seconds to change.) 6, Turn the power off and on again. 7. Confirm that all user channel memories are cleared or power data is restored to default setting.
