COPY Issue: In copy mode, when you copy an odd number of originals, blank side 2 image is counted on the last sheet. Resolution: The system no longer counts for this blank copy image. Issue: Total Impressions Counter is doubled for each image that is copied, using the "1 Staple - Landscape" option. Resolution: Total Impressions Counter no longer doubles for each image copied.

PAPER TRAY Issue: When user uses the envelope feature in Microsoft Word, the device jams due to incorrect media information interrupted by the device. Resolution: The device interrupts media information correctly, so it no longer jams when user uses the envelope feature in Microsoft Word. Issue: When user loads media in the Paper Tray and selects a non-detectable standard size such as Monarch Envelopes, the media information returns to Unknown and must be reset each instance the tray is opened. Resolution: Device remembers the standard selected media loaded in each Paper Tray once initially set up.

ALERTS Issue: Email Alert Notification sometimes sends erroneous system debug data. Resolution: Alert Notification emails no longer send erroneous data.

PRINT Issue: The device will honor the Pitch and Orientation but not the Number of lines per page when a PJL header file is sent before every job. Resolution: The number of lines per page is now honored when a PJL header file is sent before every job. Issue: All pages are coming out SIMPLEXED. The device is not honoring a special PJL duplex command. Resolution: Device now is honoring the special PJL duplex command. Issue: Output of print ready file on the device ignores the next side which results in a page printed on the back of finished job.

Resolution: The PJL command is no longer being ignored; output of print ready file correct Issue: When multiple (10 or more) secure print jobs are released at once, the device will no longer respond. A power cycle is required for recovery. Resolution: The device properly processes the request to release multiple secure print jobs at once. Issue: Docu-matrix Application produces PJL command resulting in a negative image of the Document Resolution: Docu-matrix Application no longer produces a negative image. Issue: Due to the media selection command occurring before the %!PS, output is printing as postscript code. Resolution: Output is no longer printing as postscript code. Issue: The bi-directional print driver reports the tray that is loaded with 8.5x13.4 as Postcard. Resolution: Device is now sending the correct paper sizes to Bi-directional driver. Issue: Printing a postscript print job may result in omitted characters on printed output. This depends on additional memory added to the device configuration. Resolution: Printing a postscript print job no longer results in omitted characters on printed output with all configurations. Issue: Device not stapling 14" or A4 paper with banner sheet ON Resolution: Device will now staple 14 or A4 paper with banner sheet ON

NETWORK SCAN Issue: Device hangs on in processing state while doing a Network Scanning job using templates created with ScanFlowStore. Resolution: Device no longer hangs in processing state while doing a Network Scanning job using templates created with ScanFlowStore. Issue: Long folder names causes WINS to fail because the NETBIOS name can only be 15 characters. The DNS then takes over but after a couple of days, the settings are lost. Resolution: DNS no longer stops resolving names with long name folder. Issue: While scanning consecutive multipage tiff jobs produces partial scanned images. Resolution: Scanning consecutive multipage tiff jobs no longer produces partial scanned images.

Issue: ScanFlowStore jobs stuck due to LCK file occasionally not removed by the device. Resolution: The device enhancements have been applied to properly remove the LCK file as expected. Issue: Network scanning not connecting for cluster server setups. Resolution: Cluster server setups for Network scanning now working correctly.

ACCOUNTING Issue: Errors occur when adding new XSA accounts. Unable to login with the new user accounts. Resolution: Errors no longer occur when adding new XSA accounts. Issue: Network Accounting the IDs display on the LUI (masked or unmasked) gets flipped after 5 consecutive incorrect attempts to login in. Resolution: The IDs are no longer flipped.

SFO Issue: Users mistakenly scanning originals to email address of last email entered. Not clearing the email To: CC: and BCC: fields after each scan is not a desired workflow. Resolution: Functionality that allows scan to e-mail to erase the To: CC: and BCC: fields after each scan, is now available via enabling SFO # 11. Special Instructions: Enable SFO number 11 1. Enter Administrator tools menu on the printer local user interface. 2. Press the More button twice 3. Press the SFO button 4. Highlight SFO number 11 5. Select the Enabled button 6. Press the Save button 7. Exit the Tools menu
