Volunteer to distribute Bibles and gift books at the Volunteers of America Homeless Shelter on Saturday, December 21, from 4:30pm-6:30pm & Sunday, December 22, from 7:30am9:30am. Helen Morriss, longtime member of the Lansing SDA Church, passed away on Sabbath, December 7th. Please keep her daughter Mickey (& David) Simpson and her family in your prayers. CHARLOTTE ADVENTIST CHRISTIAN SCHOOL CARNIVAL! On January 18th, the Charlotte Adventist Christian School will be having a fundraiser carnival to support the school operating budget. This will be an affordable evening of fun and fellowship for children of all ages (adults too!). There will be a vespers concert at 5:00 by Enrique Sandoval and the Carnival will start at 6:00 PM. There will be food, games and prizes for all to enjoy. Hope to see you there. ADVENTIST YOUTH VESPERS ON PRAYER Please come and join the Adventist Youth at 5pm on January 4th for a special vespers on Understanding the Lords Prayer. Immediately following the program, refreshments will be provided in the Fellowship Hall.
