TheSeattleDepartmentofTransportation(SDOT)planstostudyalternativesforthelocationanddesign ofacycletrackalongWestlakeAvenueNorth,betweenLakeUnionParkandjustsouthoftheFremont Bridge.ApublicopenhousewasheldonOctober28,2013tointroducetheproject,shareproject purposeandneed,andencouragethecommunitytoshareprioritiesforthiscorridor. Theopenhouseformatallowedthepublictimetoaskquestionsofmultipleprojectmembers,submit commentsverballyandinwritinginmultipleplacesandlearnmoreabouttheproject.Stationswith projectinformationandmapsprovidedopportunitiesforattendeestoreviewinformationandinteract withtheteamdirectlytodiscussconcernsandshareideas.
