Lich The Lich is the physical body. It is unintelligent. It is made of the Earth and it will go back to the earth. Ldhur is the protector of the Lich because he gives to us Ham and Ham is what creates the lich every second of every day. The physical body is how we are anchored to !idgard and how magic is manifested to the world we live in so it is imperative to keep it healthy. Ham Ldhur"s gifts are #ppearance !ovement and Health $being bearing and blooming hue%. These things are signs of the Ham. This is the &'park" that fuels the body and gives us our individual appearance the grace with which we move and the overall health of our bodies. It is also the astral body seen and confused by some as the (aura(. It is the body that is used for shape changing and astral travel. It is the body we use in the )therworld when we go traveling. This is why when we are in*ured in the otherworld or we loose bits of our ham to otherworld citi+ens our physical body is affected. Hamramm , 'hapestrong or someone who changes shape easily. It stores memories as well as the emotions that accompany them. The minni in cases of severe emotional trauma or the like is what causes the Ham to create adhesions and knots in the body.
