1. Starting up host session and scancode shipping system

a. b. c. d. e. f. Double click ParkerScrape icon to load host session Double click Scancode shipping icon to load shipping software Log into scancode software ait for the host screen to auto login !lick on Ship !lick on Process "rders

#. Single shipment processing

a. $ype in "rder % and hit enter b. "nce data has come in from host it will bring up enter shipments screen c. &ake sure you check your freight terms in the contact field d. &ake sure you check your 'llocated field in the (eference field on screen. )t will default to *. e. *ext if you need dimensions+ hit ,- and then type in dimensions i. $o do this after ,- has been hit then left arrow o.er to Length field and begin typing in your dimensions ii. hen done hit page down iii. *ext ,# to read scale i.. $hen hit /sc to get close this screen and return to /nter Shipments screen. f. )f any special ser.ices then enter o.er to 'ccessorial field and type in a 0 and complete your special ser.ice. "nce done hit Page Down to close window. g. *ext check !arrier if you need to change hit ,1 and select carrier from list h. *ext check Ser.ice if you need to change hit ,2 and select ser.ice i. *ote if a ,ed/x shipment 3. "nce complete hit Page Down key to process the package. k. )f you change the carrier then a window will come up to let you know that the carrier was changed 3ust hit enter and the package will process.

"nce all are in then hi7light each one and hit enter and it will place check mark by each one+ once all are marked with a check mark then hit ,# to bring them into enter shipments screen. h. 2. )nternational Shipping
a. $ype in "rder % and hit enter b. hen the info comes into Scancode and the /nter shipments screen appears go to next step. c. Hit ,8 to go into )nternational screen.

Hit Shift7 9 keys to bring up list of commodities and hit enter to see the list of S:;<s f. !hange the "rder =ty > Pick =ty ?should be the same .alue@ g. /nter the unit .alue h. Hit Page Down key to lea.e this screen i. )f you ha.e another one to add repeat steps d 4 h 3. )f not then hit ,A to close the )nternational screen and go back to the main /nter Shipments screen. k. Hit /sc key !lick on Ship !lick on /nter Shipments Hit ,# to start the shipment 0ou must type an & in the first position of the "rder % followed by whate.er you want. f. *ext enter # times and then hit Shift 7 9 and then enter or 3ust type in the customer % to bring up the customer shipping address. i. )f found then follow from step c in either the single or multiple shipping scenario abo.e to complete the order. ii. )f not then you will be prompted if you would like to add this customer to the customer database and then make sure you sa.e when you ha.e it in. g. a. ,ind order and then click on (eset !arrier b. !lick 0es c. "nce it is reset then you will see a screen come up telling you it was successful. Bust click the "k button or hit enter. d. $hen toggle to host screen and hit ,e. $hen type in "rder % and hit enter. f. $oggle back to Scancode Process screen and hit enter
