Grounding Cable-16sqmm IGB EGB Roxtec Horizontal Cable Tray Vertical Cabl;e Tray

Procedure:1. Unpack the GSM antenna from the cartoon box by flat head heavy duty screw driver 2. Verification the GSM antenna alfa numeric code 3. Assembling and of GSM antenna on Ground level Assemble the mechanical tilt arrangement with GSM antenna by 12-13 D-type Spanner Connect the O/D jumper N-M type connector with antenna DIN-F type connector and tight by 30-32 D-type Spanner. Parmanent weather proof the connection by weather proofing kit. Steps are missing here 4. Installation of antenna on pole mount Attach the 6 double bearing pulley with tower body at the height of pole mount by a 16mm type rope. Now take the 16mm type rope of 2.5 times longer than tower height and pull the antenna upto pole mount with the help of pulley and rope. Assemble the mechanical tilt arrangement with pole mount by 12-13 D-type spanner. 5. Laying of RF cable First measure the length of RF cable as per requirement by measuring tape. Cut the RF cable by RF cutter Now prepare the RF cable one end for RF connector Assemble the N-M type RF Connector at one end and temporary seal the connection. By pvc tape. Now pull the RF cable on antenna by 6 double bearing pulley and 16mm type rope. Now lay the RF Cable on HCT and VCT by 6-way RF Clamp. Provide the sufficient curvature bend between hct and vct. 6. Roxtec Install the roxtec on shelter wall with the help of poker, ball-pin hammer and flat head heavy duty screw driver. Now pass the RF cable through roxtec and mark the required cable length inside the shelter by marker. take the RF cable outside the shelter cut by RF cutter and assemble the N-m type RF connector by 30-32 D-type spanners Now pass the RF cable through roxtec again and tight the rubber boots by flat head small duty screw driver. Steps are missing here

7. Surge Arrestors

 Connect the N-M type RF connector of RF cable with DIN-F type surge arrestor connector and tight by 30-32 D-type spanner. Connect the GND connector of S.A with IGB through 16sqmm green colour gnd cable by 10-11 D-type Spanner. Now coonect the IGB to EGB and EGB to Earthing pits through 35sqmm yellow-green colour gnd cable by 10-11 D-Type spanner. 8. Jumper Cable Connect the DIN-F type Connector of O/D jumper cable with N-m Type connector of RF cable and tight by 30-32 D-type spanner Temporary w.p the coonection by pvc tape. Connect the DIN-F type connector of I/D jumper cable with N-m type connector of S.A and N-m type connector with BTS. 9. Weather proof all the outdoor connection by weather proofing kit after testing.
