POW is an idea!

I created a seed and Im just giving it enough TLC to see it germinate and thrive on its own. The biggest thing I do is bring the plan to women and then just get out of the way. Each chapter of POW and each cell within chapters are completely autonomous and self-directing. Some cells are worker cells that are engaged in the community while other cells are finance cells. Finance cells administrate NPO Foundations. Money for NPO foundations comes Endowments. Endowments come from Family Offices seeking opportunities for their clients who desire leaving a living heritage to carry on their hearts desire. Most endowments just end up anonymously funding endless research and Big Some Grantors however ask for a real opportunity to actually make a difference. Not coincidently, POW is all about making a difference! I'm just a writer... But when I write the mountains shake haha! I discovered in my travels as a writer that there is a hidden snake cult. It is called the Snake Cult of Mediocrity and its poison is censorship. The antidote to censorship is speech. Therefore POW creates endless contact points in the community for speaking. Simple but not so simple! What do we talk about that can make a difference? We talk about Systemic Predation of Women and a new way of viewing and interpreting the system, in fact, all systems. Innovation is the first of three keys. Second is experience. Third is Replication. Forth is innovation....and on and on. The Snake Cult is all about capping innovation, claiming that they are the chosen ones who are entitled to experience, and then they go hammering on and on with things that don't work!

Almost everywhere the Snake Cult of Mediocrity is run by men. So....I'm just seeing what happens when we cut out the middle men haha! Now with POW the natural flow of the system will create an environment for things to start happening for good and then get increasingly better and better. Albert Einstein said: "Doing things over and over again when they don't work is the definition of insanity!" Our World seems to excel at making bad situations worse, and costing more, and employing more bureaucracy etc. Look around you; this World is really operating as if it is insane! In reality the nuts are running the asylum, criminals are running banks and thieves are running industries. The main clue here is that its not incompetence; its subterfuge and purposeful sabotage. Things dont get better because the ones we hire to do the work are really working for the interests of the Snake Cult! Now what are women accomplishing? Women usually just get the top positions of power when they can be counted on to do the dirty deeds for men who rule slyly from the shadows. Actually I lied; women are finally given the reins of power when the situation is so bad that any man would be embarrassed to go to work! This dual role creates endless opportunity for things to go from bad to worse; If its going to hell in a hand bag, might as well just give it to a woman! POW seeks to find endowment funds to put into These good women have hit the ceiling and they know it! We give them the chance to pierce the sky! Now they dont even have to start with something broken, but they can create a paradise garden from scratch! ap the organization. POW is an idea. An idea that everything can work if the leadership actually wants it to work. For example consider the Corporation. Corporations collect money by selling shares. They then produce for Shareholders. Shareholders demands however then compel Corporations to do the unthinkable for money. Co-operations of the POW variety are given a share in the riches of Endowments to make a difference. The better the plan and the management and the results, the more endowments are compelled to give gifts. This is just an example. Can it actually work? A Society just like this existed for 10,000 years before the Romans shut it down brutally with boots and blades. There are actually groups still existing all over the World who still operate like this Usually these group are visible and recognizable but their methods are invisible to the average person.

The Snake Cult of Mediocrity promotes only it's own way and suppresses any other way and especially demonstrate-ably better ways. Rome fell when it's Empire building and economic growth model became unsustainable. Familiar? POW is based on eternal principles. Love is an eternal principle. But Love is just a word
So is POW!
