CHARTER

1 General Provisions
11Hazrki Regulations - General Assembly of the European Olympic Committee 's
decision dated December 8 , 2012 and the " European Games in Baku in 2015 on
the establishment of the Organizing Committee of the " President of the Republic of
Azerbaijan dated January 17, 2013 , taking into account the Ministry of Youth and
Sports of the Republic of trfindnkeciriln " European Games (Baku 2015 ), " the
open logo contest (hereinafter referred to as the competition ) set out the terms .
1.2 . The winner ( first place) logo on the official emblem of the European Games
secilrktdbirl related documents and information , in print , is used in the
preparation of hdiyymhsullarnn .
2 The main objectives of the competition
reflecting the idea of the modern development of the logo ;
Ensuring active participation of the public in the preparation of the logo ;
creative initiatives , the creation of conditions for the development of modern
ideas and projects .

3 Eligibility Requirements
3.1 . Competition in the field of graphic design as a professional or an amateur
acting and presenting work in accordance with the theme of the persons who may
participate in the contest .
3.2 . It is important to fill in a form to participate in the competition edilmisriz .
3.3 . By a participant in the contest may be submitted up to 5 jobs .
3.4 . The work presented in the application form and e-mail address
office@baku2015.com competition , as well as the Organizing Committee ( cd - r ,
dvd - r ) should be sent .

4 technical requirements
4.1 . Loqotiplrasagdaklardan must be submitted :
black and white logo of the solution
logo color resolution

 raster graphics version of the logo ( * jpeg , * png ( size less than 500 kb ) )
the vector version of the logo ( * eps , * ai , * cdr (12th version ) )
4.2 . Who meet the following qualifications will be given preference in the selection

topic
reflecting a clear idea
the original
concise
dynamic
functional
aesthetic
ergonomic ( easy to use )

4.3 . Letters are used in the preparation of the issue and the name of the event ,
the word (in English) , numbers and other symbols can be used .
4.4 . Elements are used only in the competition so far unused and available
tkrarlamayan logos are accepted .

5 Timing and stages of the competition

5.1 . The contest will be held in 2 stages :
Acceptance of works
Choice winners
5.2 . Acceptance of works January 26 , 2013 , Baku time ( GMT +4 ) at 00 Start at
00 .
5.3 . Acceptance of works February 23 , 2013 , Baku time ( GMT +4 ) at 00 Ends at
00 .
Complete applications received after the expiry of the option 54Qaliblrin -23
February - On March 1 , 2013, shall be carried out .

6 the jury

6.1 . Winners will be approved by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of
Azerbaijan is based on the selection of the jury .
6.2 . Jury of artists and art professionals , leading experts in the field of graphic
design , consisting of representatives of government agencies formed vmustqil
experts .

7 Competition winners and prize fund

7.1 . According to the results of the competition a winner ( first place) , and both the
winner ( the second and third place) is notable .
7.2 . The prize fund of the contest is determined in the following manner :
I ( win ) - 5000 USD
Second place ( winner ) - 3000
Third Place ( winner ) - 2000

7.3 . The winner of the contest and the winners have been established by the
Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be awarded with
diplomas .

Organizing Committee of the activity carried out by the Ministry of Youth and Sports
of the Republic of Azebaijan .
