What is Prosperity?

To combine into one is Prosperity. But true prosperity is got by combining /

fusing the intellectual mind with matters and things which are intellectual.

This is the way shown by siddhars known as sivayogam. Let us see now the

difference between the prosperity shown by the siddhars and the

prosperity we talk about generally.

We generally praise those who have gained high place in the society as

prosperous {Rajayogam} and wealthy. But a few years later the person may

lose all his wealth and name in the society. Is this the actual prosperity? No.

Then what is the cause for this? It is fate. We generally find a less

experienced and less hard working person being rich and happy. But the same

is reverse for a person who does a lot of hard work and has good experience.

The siddhar way of prosperity is that which shows how to overcome our fate

by means of meditation and to achieve grace, wealth and prosperity in life.

Let us now experience this way of prosperity by few examples:

A tree is cut and its wood is used to make a chair. Nails join the pieces of

wood. Here two non-intellectual things are joined. But there is no experience

gained in this process.

There is no experience even if a flower or a fruit is kept on this chair. An

intellectual person eats and enjoys the taste of this fruit. His hunger gets

over. Thus a non-intellectual fruit joins with an intellectual person, gaining

the person but without any gain to the fruit.

A person who eats this fruit marries a girl. Both of them enjoyed having

sexual intercourse many times. But the happiness got by it was short listed.
Because of this they lose their strengths and finally pain and death comes to

them. In the about said example, two intellectual things join but still a

thorough long steady happiness if not found. The same person because of his

grace and devotion realizes himself and attains his good self. And the grace

of his guru, and his guru shows the Shivam and the person realizes the

shivam and himself and combines himself with the evergodly gracious shivam.

When does he combine? Is after his death... "No". He experiences it during

his life and his thinking in only on shivam. He becomes the real intellectual

and really experiences the happiness and enjoyment in spite of having vast

riches and wealth. It is this that Thirumoolar said in this Thirumandiram

that chanting Siva Siva will make the devar’s and what is Siva – Siva, it

actually means Sivagadhi. Never believe in "Motcha after death" as

explained by people who have attained enlightenment. A guru is a person who

makes one realize "Shivam". A siddhar is a person who brings you out of the

darkness into the light of wisdom.

A 5 years old kid to an 80-year-old aged person can experience the

Sivayogam showed by Siddhars. But it is well experienced between the ages

of 20 to 60. Both men and women can experience this yogam.

MEDITATION & DEVOTION – Is it necessary for humans beings?

This is the only way for a person to attain deathless life.

Today’s human life is moving at high pace and the expectations are more. To

cope up with this is very difficult. Because of this a person gets confused

and also feels worried and sad. This sadness and confusion can be overcome
by meditation.

If a requirement / needs / wants is added (+) and if desire is multiplied (x)

then happiness becomes minus (-) / subtracted. In today’s world, having vast

riches, wealth, status, post & name, there is no peace of mind. Some of them

get diseased due to undisciplined practice of meditation. In spite of good

wealth, he could get good education due to lack memory. He gets worried. He

could not give birth to a child. The only way to remove all the above said

diseased or handicaps is "The Sivagadhi shown by Siddhars" Come and

experience the good.

THE RIGHT WAY TO MEDITATE / TIPS FOR DOING MEDITATION

Meditation must be done in a clean private room with no or less number

pictures or posters in the room. This helps in attaining best results out of

your meditation and for leading a graceful life with the blessings of god.

You must maintain a separate dress for meditation. You use a limited number

of scented incense sticks of good quality during meditation. An asana stool

made of teak wood (if possible made up of single wood plank is best) or

(Manja Kadambu) can be used. Or a cloth spread with single / less number of

colors can be used. A calm place is necessary. If your surroundings are noisy

& disturbing, you can meditate when it is calm.

Good results are obtained if you meditate in dim light.

Certain meditations may require bright light, which will be specified

separately.
You should meditate after fishing your nature calls and cleaning yourself.

You should feel and experience through your body & soul, as if you are

entering a place of worship.

Offer flowers to the portrait of your guru or a god of your liking, then offer

some prasadam and light camphor before starting meditation.

Now sit on the Aasana / or on the cloth spread.

Then think your guru and god and pray "The almighty guru and the almighty

God – let love and grace be filled in my body and soul. Let everyone in this

world be filled with your grace".

Now concentrate and think that this day must be a good day for you and

everyone in this world. Then say "Let love and grace be filled everywhere"

three times.

Now you can sing a devotional song to the almighty god. You can sing songs

sung by others or a song created by you. There is no need for Music /

Rhythm, but the song must come from the deep of your heart. Why should

you sing? By singing your body gets calm, steady, you can control your

thoughts easily. By praising the god you get their blessings. The Kundalini

rises easily and fast. Tiredness goes, you are relieved of phlegm (kabam, the

prime reason for death, breathing disorders and aging), your body is fully
energized, your knowledge increases in you and you feel the happiness in life.

These can be experienced practically.

After singing, sit down straight without bending you head, neck, chest or

your back in Sithaasana, Padmaasana or Suga aasana.

Now start the process on NADI SUTHI. Now close your left nostril with

your right hand ring finger and breathe through your right nostril slowly for

eight seconds.

Then close your right nostril with your right hand thumb and breathe slowly

through your left nostril for 8 seconds. The above muse is done separately

for 32 times.

During the above process 11 & 12, you must close your eyes and concentrate

between your eyebrows. When you breathe out think that all bad thoughts,

diseases and unawareness are released out from you.

You must do the above daily.

Why should I do ‘NADI SUTHI’ ?

There are 72000 nerves in our body. We can realize this clearly by

experience through our nostrils. If the breathing is done by the right nostril

it is called as Surya Kalai. It is also know as Iravi, Pinkalai. If the breathing

takes place through the left nostril it is called as Chandra Kalai, also known
as Idakalai, Mathi. The breathing process shifts between Suryakalai &

Chandrakalai every two hours. The breathing starts in Suryakalai on

Sundays, Tuesday & Saturday. And on Monday, Wednesday & Friday the

breathing starts in Chandra Kalai. The breathing starts in Suryakalai on

Thursdays falling on days after full moon and in Chandrakalai on Thursdays

falling on days before New moon. Each of the five elements (Earth, Water,

Fire, Air and Space) induces energy into the breathing from the time of

birth to death. This is repeated for every 2 hours. [NAZHIGAI – 24 minutes

– it is the max wavelength a human mind can travel at any point of time]. If

we control this, we can realize and discipline your thoughts and mind. IF the

breath rung thorough your both nostrils it is called KEVALA SUZHU

MANAI, and if your breath stops at your navel it is called PURANA SUZHU

MANAI or PURANAM. PURANA SUZHU MUNAI is the best for meditation.

KEVALA SUZHU MUNAI brings sadness, worry and frustration in life. So

during periods of KEVALA SUZHU MUNAI do not involve yourself in

constructive works. If we control your breathing then diseases get removed,

your brain nerves and ductless glands become purified and work actively.

Your thinking will be towards good maters, bad thoughts get removed and

your body cells open and brighten up. Thus leading to a healthy prosperous

and knowledgeable life. I think you would have understood the necessity of

NADI SUTHI.

NADI SUTHI – SECOND STEP

When we talk of second, what immediately strikes every mind is the 18 steps

to Lord Ayappa Temple at Sabarimalai, likewise there are steps inside

everybody and Lord Ayappa as Manikandan always resides between one eye

brows. There are 4 steps in SARIYAI namely KIRIYAI in SARIYAI, YOGAM

in SARIYAI, GNANAM in SARIYAI. Similarly, there are 4 steps in KIRIYAI

too. There are also 4 steps in YOGAM AND 4 steps in GNANAM totaling to

16 steps. If GNANAM, the 16th step of GNANAM in its true sense is

achieved. Then one gets raised to the 17 step of GNANAM called as

ARULNILAI [Spiritually illumined state]. If in this state one removes / loses

the ego resolving "I" in him and shows compassion to every being through his

words, action and his thoughts and thus changing himself to wholly

compassionate form. He experiences the divine power god in himself and

thus moves to the 18th step.

Lord Ayappa tamed the uncontrollable ferocious tiger, and also milked the

tiger and rode on it to bring the milk. What is the actual meaning of this?

Prana (Breathing) is like the ferocious tiger with its rage finally brings our

own demise. But if we learn to control and tame this ferocious tiger namely

Prana with the guidance of our guru and through one’s untiring effort

ultimately milk the Divinely Amirtham (nectar).

In Siddhar’s secret language Suvasam (Breath) means legs. If you tie these

legs and control the Suvasam we can realize the Prana and Athitha (very

special and divine) power filled in this world. A scientist knows that all

particles are made from small units of atoms. Like this if one realizes the

Prana in him, the five elements of the earth comes under his control. The
Jeevan cow combines with the godly ox here. Selfishness, Self Prestige,

Kanman and Mayai get removed and the world will praise him. You can become

Manikandan if you contain the Virthu sakthi between your eyebrows realizing

your Sinmuthrai, Adayakara and Natham.

Let us now come to the exercise.

The second stage of Nadi Suthi must be done only after thoroughly

understanding and practicing the first stage. As before sit on the mattress

either in Simaasana or Padmaasana position.

Close your left nostril using your right ring finger and breath out slowly

through your right nostril for 8 seconds. This is called RASHAKAM.

Now breathe in slowly through your right nostril for 4 seconds This is called

PURAKAM.

While concentrating, close both your nostrils (your right nostril with your

right thumb) for 16 seconds. This is called KUMBAKAM.

Now open your left nostril by removing our right ring finder and breathe out

full through left nostril for 8 seconds. You should fully breathe out / exhale

the air in your lungs. This can be done by pressing your stomach.

Now through left nostril slowly inhale for 4 seconds. Then close your left

nostril with your right hand finger for 16 seconds and concentrate. That is

you are repeating the Kumbakam stage.

Now open your right nostril alone by removing your right thumb and exhale

for 8 seconds. And then immediately inhale for 4 seconds. Close your right

nostril again with your right thumb.

With both nostrils closed, repeat the kumbakam stage again. step 3.
Do Rashakam through your left nostril for 8 seconds. Then do Purakam for 4

seconds, then

Kumbakam for 16 seconds. Repeat Rashakam and Purakam through your right

nostril and then again do Kumbakam.

Your have to repeat this exercise for atleast 16 times. If you are not able to

do Kumbakam for 16 seconds, then reduce Rashakam and Purakam

proportionately as given below.

Kumbakam Rashakam Purakam

16 8 4

8 4 2

32 16 8

You can do Kumbakam to maximum 32 seconds.

IMPORTANT TIPS TO FOLLOWED DURING THIS PRACTISE :

You should sit straight without bending your neck or your back. If you do so

there is not use from doing this exercise.

You should face East or North while doing this exercise.

While doing Rashakam, that is when you exhale, your mind must think that

your diseases, evils, bad thoughts, are being released out of your body

through your breath.

While doing Purakam, that is when you inhale, your mind should think that

the God’s Grace, Blessings and pure (Amudham) air are being absorbed by

your body.
While doing Kumbakam, think that your body is being filled with God’s Grace

and Blessings and pure air and health.

The thinking of the mind is very powerful. So if think as said above while

doing the exercise, you can experience the changes in you practically.

After doing this exercise, close your eyes and concentrate for at least five

minutes. You can think of the Mantra ‘OM". There is no need to say any

other Mantra or to do any actions.

After finishing the exercise, spread out your legs a sit for 2 minutes. You

can massage your legs if they pain. This exercise must be continuously done

for 48 days, two times a day, in the morning and evening.

You can sing / listen to devotional songs, read religious / spiritual books or

books written by saints.

You should write down your experiences during the exercise in a book and

showed to your guru. He helps you in getting a lot of explanations to your

queries and knowledge thus increasing your knowledge as well as your way of

doing the exercise.

I feel sad for those people of different sects and religion that they have

not got any benefits from doing Nadisuthi, event though they do so thinking
it is their Pranayamam. Then what is the real Pranayamam?

My dearest devotee, I request you to go through the following thoroughly

and understand it. You should also experience and research within yourself

what is said below and attaint the boon of life after death. This is my

humble request.

I am going to share with you certain details and experiences which are very

useful and which have not been explained by others with the blessings of my

guru.

WHAT IS URUTHARITHA NADI?

Suzhuna Nadi is the mother of all nadis. You can live with your same body for

countless years, if the Suzhumunai Nadi combines with the Suzhuna Nadi.

"There is no end to one’s life. But his body will die" – is what many people say.

But Lord Yama is one takes the life from these people too. But Siddhars are

those who win over yama live with their divine bodies. "The art of deathless

life" is what these Siddhars teach secretly to their disciples. A person who

masters this art realizes the power of Prana that control the five elements

of Earth and Power of Prana in him. If a person learns to control his mind he

will be able the mind of any other person. He gets the power of controlling

Prana in him. Hence he is also able to control the Prana of the five elements.

This power can be used to do a lot of good and of course evil things can also

be done. My desire is that a person who attains this power must use it for

the good of others.

The unborn child lives in the Subhuman Nadi of its mothers stomach. This is

the Moolam (staring point). When the child is born into this world, the outer

air pressures and the swasam coming out of the nostril ends at a limit. At

once the child cries. The life sakthi goes to the child through the mothers

naval. Hence life comes to the child only through umbilical cord. Hence the

starting of the Vritharitha Nadi is the naval. The control of this lies at the

end of your spinal cord. It looks like a snake sleeping inside a triangle. This

runs like a generator.

ONCE AGAIN – For your kind attention

Before meditating in early mornings, finish your nature calls.

Mediate after 3 hours of having food.

Donate food and money to the needy and poor as much as you can.

Help others as much as you can.

If possible you can serve food and donate clothes to sadhus.

Show love and faith in God. Sing from your heart.

Be truthful and faithful to your guru. Think and treat him as your father and

help and worship him.

Write down doubts, experiences and your needs in a book or a diary. Clear

these with your guru as and when possible.

The faith and offerings to your guru and to divine people and the help done

by you to elders and handicaps will raise you in your life.

Before eating / drinking, bring some of the food straight between your

eyebrows and say (aloud within yourself) Guruarpanam, Athmaarpanam,

Sivaarpanam.

Your guru must be a person, who has attained the state of god. ( )

In the initial stages think of a god of your will while meditating. Later this

idol worship will change to worship of light. If you meditate correctly and

regularly it is easy to come out of Suluthi.

If you are addicted to drinking liquor, smoking, chewing tobacco or to drugs

you must leave out these habits immediately.

If you find difficulty in doing so, ask your guru. He will guide you from

leaving these addictions.

You can rest for sometime after having lunch. But you should not sleep in the

day.
If you are married, have sexual intercourse at the most only 4 times a

month. Once a month is the best.

Read books written by Siddhars. Also read books like Devaram, Thiruarutpa,

Thiruvasagam,

Thirupugazh, Bible, Kuran, books written byAzhvarkal. This will help you a lot

in attaining good knowledge.

the holy places I have visited. You can also so to other places by asking

others and through research.

MEDITATION FOR STRONG MINDED ACHIEVERS :

For those strong willed persons entering into the way shown by siddhars. We

meeting here because certain goods and bads done in our earlier lives. Later

we become siddhi by attaining the siva yogaous Rajayogam. If you practice

regularly and correctly as said in the following chapters you can attain love,

grace, health and wealth in your life. More than this you can attain the Jeeva

Samadhi easily.
While the life is still in your body, you can understand death, know it and win

over death by learning the art of life after death. And also attain the godly

stage by attaining Prana and Kirana by the grace or your guru and god.

The literature and methods given below are taught by Siddhars secretly. I

have written the details of this before. I am explaining and discussing the

world with grace and order of my guru.

Here we can see about the ways in which we can maintain our body properly,

understanding and controlling your mind, removing your sorrows and evils and

ways of offering our services to god. These are the lessons my respectful

holy guru Holier than my mother has taught me. I have explained here in the

same way explained to me by my guru. To prove that you cal also attain this I

am here as an example. I have attained all 65 sidhis with the blessings of my

guru. I am not telling for the fame but for the reason that you should also

practice this with more interest. My true devotees fully know the sidhis I

have attained.

What is the specialty of our Siddhar's way of meditation

If we practice regularly in a disciplined way you can attain the Vasi Sithi

within a year, which otherwise will take a long.

You can attain may sithi’s within five years.

You can get good benefits from yoga, mantra and medicines.

You and your family will be health and prosperous and also get peace of mind.

You can learn the art of death effectively and properly.

You can cure diseases by mantras and by the power of your mind

There is no need to be a Sanyasi. You can reach various sithis by living your

normal day to day life.

You can remove all diseases and obstracles which may come in your way of

doing yogam.

You can meditate with others for the welfare of the country and the world.

There are more benefits of doing meditation which you can realize through

experience.

As said before you should do Nadi Suthi 10 times daily.

Experience the peace of mind by singing devotional songs.

Always sit is Sitha Aasana or Padma Aasana.

Always concentrate on the light between your eye brows for two minutes.

Simultaneously raise the light from the spinal cord to Swath Sthana while

breathing out slowly pronouncing the word "OM" from the Mulatharam.

Now raise the light from Swathi Sthana to Manipuragam while breathing out

slowly pronouncing the word ‘EM’.

Now raise the light from Manipuragam to the inner tongue while breathing

out slowly pronouncing the word ‘THA’.

Now raise the light from the inner tongue to the Visuthi while breathing out

slowly pronouncing the word ‘LA’. Simultaneously, think a light like the

deepam lamp and raise it along the spine.

Life before think a light like the deepam lamp and raise it along the spine to

between the eye brows through the neck breathing out slowly pronouncing

‘HEE’. After stationing the light between the eye brows breathe out slowly

pronouncing ‘HOO’ and experience the light by deeply concentrating on it.

Then without disturbing your concentration bring the light of the deepam
lamp between your eye brows. When you see the light think within your

minds the words OM, EM, THA, LA, HEE, HOO. You must not lose the

concentration and light between your eye brows. Then bring down the light

between your eye brows to the Mulatharam via your neck and spine. Again

repeat the exercise of raising the light from Mulatharam to between the

eye brows. Take a minute to raise the light to between the eye brow and 10

to 20 seconds to bring down the light. Repeat this for 10 times.

As told before meditate for 30 minutes uttering the words between your

eye brows and station the light in your mind. After meditating pray for the

welfare of your family, country and world. Then stretch your legs and relax

for 2 minutes.

Now you have finished meditating, you can get up now.

TIPS FOR BETTER MEDITATION

Know properly the position of Adharas and meditate (refer picture)

While raising the light while pronouncing the words think imagine the light as

a deep lamp or bright star.

Do not bend your back or your neck

If you sit in Padmasana your back will remain straight. Practice this.

You should not loose the concentration of the light and sound.

You will not read full benefits if you loose concentration (refer to Sri Kaka

Pujandar’s song quoted before)

You should not drink liquor, smoke, chew tobacco or have drugs. Avoid eat

non-vegetarian food.

Except for food thrice daily avoid coffee, tea or snacks in between.
See to that if you do not have problems in answering nature calls. (if you do

so refer following part)

If you have gas problem refer next part

Meditate continuously for 48 days. You will not reap full benefits even if you

miss for a day.

Meditate once a day either in the morning / evening. Doing twice a day is the

best.

Meditating after 11.30 pm is the best. If so finish your dinner before 8.30

pm.

If you are above 30 years of age, take in Thuthu Pusti Lagiyam, Ayas

Senthuram, Aprak and Thangam.

Include green leaves with your lunch and have it before 2 pm.

Do not eat curd / buttermilk and green leaves in night. Because it disturbs

your nature calls and creates kabaam.

Avoid peeled potatoes, bananas, mulanki and other gas inducing vegetables.

You can have potatoes W/o peeling the skin.

Read books referred before during leisure time.

If a private place is available read and sing aloud.

Reading aloud is the best.

If time permits visit the samadhis of Siddhars and other holy people.

Meditate at these holy shrines.

Along with the above said also follow 18 steps said before. We are not

responsible if you do not reap benefits due to improper practice.

Good and fast benefits can be attained if you get the Thiksha in person. You

can get my Thiksha at any time. If you are married, both husband and wife

can get Thiksha and benefit from meditation. (I have given the explanation
for this in the explanation of Perunul Kaviyam)

STAGES THAT CAN BE REACHED (STARTING STAGES)

If you do your meditation properly then your breathing will relaxed, smooth

and feel like a cloud colored (grey color) ball, for some they feel as it is

rotating in a round shape. For some other it will feel like red, blue, yellow or

green colored or like a thunder along with the sound of the sea or a jingle.

Experiencing this, prepares you for the next stage. For more details refer

to books MEDITATION PART FOR EVERYONE.

STAGE – 2

You should start this only after practicing the first stage continuously for

48 days. The Rajayogam got thru this stage is also known as Vasi Yogam or

Thava Murai Meditation. It is divided into 5 parts.

La Kuthu – Initialization with the help of Atshara ‘LA’.

Ma Kuthu – Combining the Atshara ‘HOO’ along with the above said Atshara.

This Thiksazhay helps you to attain Suzhumunai easily and experience the

vasi, also strengths your prana.

Jaba Kuthu – Doing the above without moving your body by stopping the

kizgkathi and contacting the chest and fore head.

Tharuha Kuthu – This Thiksha helps to attain the Abana, Prana powers at
the top by just moving your head sideways and full utilizing your brain and

head.

Haruha Kuthu – This is the last stage of Vashi.

Many people do not know the meaning of Vashi. Sivan in form of Prana goes in

and out of our nostrils. As time passes this prana takes to the city of the

lord of death – Lord Yama.

To control the prana by not leaving it out or by regulating it to the place

where it started or to make run regularly and in a disciplined way is called

Nasipayirchi.(exercising the nostril breath) This control of your Prana with

your swasa is called vasi. By turning back the outgoing Siva is Vasi.

Let us see some of the explanations given by Siddhars

Konkanar in Vallai Kummiyil says

Explanation : You should never postpone to learn the art of deathless life

cause you are not sure whether you will be alive the next day, so learn about

Vasi today itself : How?

At its own will and the will of the mind. This wavery mind can be compared to

ox or a cow. If you control your mind you can control your swasa. If you

control your swasa your mind is controlled. So if you practice Vasi swasa is

controlled and it shows the right path to the ultimate destination. The
athma compared to the cow becomes tamed as the good cow nandhi and

becomes the means of transport to do good services to Lord Siva and attain

heights of spiritual life. The rigid horn fixes itself into suzhumunai from

being the inflexible surya and chandra kalai by Vasi.

I hope you understand now that if your mind is wavery it is an uncontrollable

cow and if you control your mind then it is good doing Nandhi.

Mandalam’s – Surya, Chandra, Angi Mandalam’s.

We can across the Mupazhai only through Vasi.

Mupazhai – (Three stages) – Irul Pazh (Darkness), Oli Pazh (Light), Veli Pazh

(Outer). In the initial stages of meditation the darkness goes and the light is

seen. This is Irul Pazh. Then the light gets stationed and widens more

brightly. This is Oli Pazh. Mind gets regulated and you become everything

with the stage of Samadhi beginning to come out. This is Veli Pazh. [In Kaka

Pujandar Gnana 80] it is said.

Explanation : If Vasi is stationed / attained then the wavering of the mind is

stopped and it combines with life. At this stage the Surya and Chandra Kalai

is regulated and settles between the eye brows. Since the suvasa has been

settled and paripurana attained, we can also invoke them anytime.

Subsequently, we can reach mukthi stage. And this removes all our sins and

sorrows and help us attain gnana.

TIPS FOR DOING ‘LA’ KUTHU

While meditating always face the West.

Always sit on a thick mattress.

ANSWERS TO COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS :

constraint you can meditate 10 minutes before sleeping. You should sleep

only after one hour of having food.

4. Should I meditate during the same time period everyday ?

Yes. If you meditate everyday during the same time period, you can control

effectively your body and soul at the earliest and easily. You will obtain good

manners and discipline, simultaneously your self confidence will increase and

you will be able to finish your work and jobs successfully. You can experience

this practically.

5. Why should I not meditate after having food ?

When the food reaches stomach, the intestine starts digesting the food.

This requires more energy and there is a increase in blood flow. Because of

this the nerves and other parts of the body get physically tired. The brain

also gets mentally tired. At this stage is we give work to other parts of the

body, the blood flow to the stomach is reduced and energy needed to digest

by the stomach is also reduced. So indigestion occurs leading to other

problems and diseases in the body. So meditating after having food leads to

weakness instead of any good.

6. Can I meditate and do physical exercise simultaneously? If not why?

When you meditate the nerves and neurons communicate with the brain

actively. Hence the body gets cooled and the body attains good vibrations.

The body is also steady and stable. If you do physical exercise the body

reacts very fast. The energy produced goes without any use. You can

meditate and do exercise with a one hour between them. You can meditate in

the morning and do exercise in the evenings.
