We continue to grow our portfolio of properties in the Carolinas. This comprehensive brochure provides a snapshot of our available properties and should be used in conjunction with our website www.kotis.org. On the website you can simply key in the property number and get lots of information about the property and submarket. Inside youll nd all kinds of information about our available properties. There are 53 different properties in the Carolinas listed by type, mapped out, and cross-referenced. Weve included area maps, aerials, and descriptions along with pictures or renderings of our properties. We have additional information and cool tools in our ofce and on the web ArcView generated maps, six foot long labeled aerials, site plans, space plans, CAD les, and helicopter aerial video tours of entire streets designed to help you easily evaluate our projects and submarkets. Youll nd contact information on the back cover as well as instructions on how to access our tools via the web or by contacting our ofce. One of the really neat things weve done recently is to create a section titled MyKotis on our website www.kotis.org. On the site you can create an account, track properties that meet your needs, make notes, save searches, and email properties to others. Of course almost all of our information including videos of the spaces is available on the website as well. We constantly monitor rents, land prices, vacancy rates, absorption, competition, trafc generators, road improvements, and demographics for each market and submarket. We graphically present this information to the user in a format that is easy to understand. We have full in-house GIS and publishing capabilities. AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, ETC. Need a labeled aerial showing all the retailers in the submarket? We have it. We even have aerial videos that can virtually y you down the street. We also have interior video of our available space on our website. We know it is crucial to be able to see and experience a piece of property to assess its t. We are proud to provide state-of-the art technology to help you visualize all aspects of a propertys location DEVELOPMENT SERVICES We maintain a complete unlimited licensed construction company and development staff. We are one of the COMPETITION MAPS largest restaurant developers in the Carolinas and the largest retail developer in the Piedmont Triad. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & LAYOUT We can also provide in-house architectural and design services. These services include site planning, space layout, and exterior architectural elevation design. We have a history of closing all cash transactions in a quick fashion; often in 30 days or less.
