ANCHOr ELECTrIC PISTON PUMp

Explosion-Proof Option Can Run Dry
PRODUCT OVERVIEW Flow range: Up to 6.7 US gpm; 25.3 lpm Operational Depth: Up to 804 ft.; 245 m

DRIVE MOTOR Connections and power above well; no electricity down in the well Motor is cleanly and safely away from liquid being pumped Quick, easy, less-frequent servicing no pump pulling Ideal for explosive or potentially explosive environments No greenhouse-gas or exhaust air emissions Pumps at controlled rate; reduces risk of over-pumping and silting Does not stall under vacuum Rugged construction; weather-resistant actuator operates in extreme heat or cold Runs wet or dry without damage DOWNHOLE COmpONENTS Down-well assembly is the industry standard for reliability No metal-to-metal whetted moving parts; resists chemical encrustation, bio fouling and abrasion Superior-quality drive pistons have extended service life, proven in the field Choose among several well-casing diameters Unitary fiberglass drive rod and patented connectors pump past 800 feet (140 m) Easily replaceable seals Pumps come ready to plumb and plug in Can pump at any angle up to and including horizontal Mix components for customized needs System delivered as complete package

ELeCTRIC MOTOR ABOVe WeLLHeaD MeaNS MORe POweR, FaR LeSS MaINTeNaNCe The powerful and highly reliable Anchor Electric Piston Pump by Blackhawk Technology Company is the preferred electric for a broad range of demanding pumping situations, particularly applications requiring tight controls, extreme depth, resistance to chemical encrustation, bio-fouling and abrasion, or are potentially explosive. The Anchor electric drive motor operates cleanly and simply above the wellhead, a next-generation answer to ongoing issues with electric submersibles and airlift models. Like other Blackhawk piston pumps, the Anchor design eliminates the need for electricity or high-pressure air down the well and operates without emitting greenhouse gases or exhaust air. Built to withstand the most extreme weather environments, the Anchor will pump virtually any liquid, including high viscosities, and is unaffected by vacuum. Three models are available to match flow and depth specifications. All can be customized for specific site requirements.
