INTRODUCTION TO AL BARARI

Commanding more than 14.2 million sq ft of scenic seclusion, of which 80 percent is dedicated to lush plantings and open spaces, Al Barari is an exclusive

THE AL BARARI PLANT NURSERY

• The Al Barari Plant Nursery was established to supply the immense number of high quality plants needed to fulfill the vision of the Al Barari project.
• The Nursery features over 1800 species of plants, with some 200 never seen before in the UAE
• At full capacity the nursery will be home to plants, trees, palms and ferns from across the world.
• The nursery is the largest privately owned in the region and is expanding its commercial presence
• The nursery is managed by Al Barari’s sister company – Greenworks
• Over 100 gardeners work in the nursery full time
• A 3,000 sq m lawn grass production area has been added
• A new 8,500 sq m shade area has been constructed for our palm trees, the shade structure stands at 8m high
• A new open-air tree compound is currently under construction which will increase the nursery size by 18,000 sq m
• The total investment in plants & waterways is estimated at AED 2.2 billion
