OBJECTIVE:
Mainly interested in Accounting, Finance and Economics dealing with teams and groups and achieving the
customer’s satisfaction is the most important. Working as a credit analyst, relationship manager or in financial
area is recommended. Job is preferred to be in British, American, or multinational company. Being punctual
and ambitious enables me to work enthusiastically and devotedly.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Commerce, Ain Shams University, Faculty of Commerce, English Section, graduated in 2003 with
“Good” grade. Fourth and third year, obtained “Very Good” grade.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
1- November 2007 – Present: Working as a supervisor at HSBC (Corporate Credit Risk Management
and Credit Control):
-Reviewing Credit packages presented by the credit division and branches, while analyzing their financial,
business and operational risk in order to determine their credit worthiness and the required financing
requirements.
-Monitoring the approval process for all the credit proposals and ensure adherence to internal credit policies
and CBE regulations.
-Monitoring facility exceptions and ensuring proper approvals, authorizations and due settlements are in
place.
-Responsible for drawing the framework of Basel II implementation and coordinate the execution of projects
that compile to Basel II program until implementation is complete
2- March 2007 – October 2007: In house Credit Course HSBC.
3- December 2006 – February 2007: Clerk at HSBC (Financial Control Department- Budgeting,
Analysis & Reporting).
-Preparing periodical reports to help assess the position of profit and loss of HSBC Egypt with analysis
comparing it with the budget.
-Preparing periodical reports to help assess financial position of HSBC Egypt with analysis comparing it with
the budget.
-Reporting above mentioned reports to HSBC Head office located in London.
4- December 2005-November 2006: Assistant banker at ARAB AFRICAN INTERNATIONAL BANK (Retail
Management Information System):
-Preparing internal periodical reports to help assess the position of profit and loss of the retail along with
budget analysis.
-Preparing internal periodical reports to help assess the position of utilization of liability products and credit
cards of the retail with comparison analysis to the planed utilization. Also managing customers' databases in
order to achieve maximum productivity in the bank.
-Preparing internal periodical reports to help assess the position of Delayed credit cards.
5- March 2006- September 2006: Part-time Tutor at ARAB ACADEMY FOR SCIENCE AND
TECHNOLOGY AND MARITIME TRANSPORTATION Teaching:

6- December 2003-November2005: Assistant banker at ARAB AFRICAN INTERNATIONAL BANK (Retail
Recovery):
-Monitoring delayed credit cards and following up on the related payments
-Preparing black lists for credit cards' customers based on surveys and the previous reports.
-Preparing reports that needs graphic support.
-Working on the access program to demonstrate the current and past follow up status of the credit
customers.
-Analysing Bank Credit Cards Position.
