INTRODUCTION PT Multi Sistim Komunikasi (MSK) is a communication & electronics security system specialist company. MSK is established in July 2002, with main business in supply, install and maintain PABX equipment, CCTV System, Public Address (Evacuation System), Access Control, Intrusion System, Conference System, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression System.

To support existing customers all over Indonesia MSK has 2 offices in Jakarta and Surabaya. We serve the customer in 3 key account market segments that is Government, Commercial & Industrial Building and Oil & Gas. To guarantee customer satisfaction and to ensure that customer receive the same level of service form the organization, MSK has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certificate from DQS Germany.

Start from a service company of Philips PABX, we understand the typical Indonesian customer requirement of excellent after sales service by develop a technical support team, spare parts warehouse and workshop that meet the principals standards. We believe that by continuously upgrade and update our engineers technical competences; we can serve our customers beyond their expectation.

PRODUCTS HIGHLIGHT 1. BOSCH Security Systems In October 2002, Bosch Security Systems had acquired Philips Communication Security & Imaging business unit to complete its product portfolio as follow:

BOSCH CCTV system has a wide product range; from a simple indoor camera to an explosion proof camera, from 4-channel digital video recorder to 4500 channel and 400 monitor sophisticated video management. In 2008, is one of the founders of ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum). The aim of this forum is to develop an open standard of network video (IP Video) in the security industry.

Its public address also has a wide product range for difference application such as office building, manufacturing plant, hospital, apartment, shopping mall, oil & gas production facility, airport, etc. The PA system also has Europe EVAC certified.

Bosch conference system is the number one market leader in the world and in Indonesia. The latest innovation is the wireless conference system that enables our customer to set up a conference anywhere with short time preparation and notification. The technology that Bosch develop is immune to other electromagnetic and frequency interference (i.e. mobile phone, handy talky, wifi, etc.).

In Building Integration System (BIS), Bosch utilize OPC standard to integrate all building and plant management systems (not only Bosch systems) into one security management platform. OPC is the open connectivity via open standard in the automation industry and Bosch has actively involve to develop the standard.

Fermax Electronica

Fermax is the specialist in manufacturing video & audio door entry systems since 1949. In 2010, MSK is appointed as the Authorized Distributor in Indonesia and our first project that deploy Fermax system was Senayan Golf Residence, an exclusive residential area.

3. NEC Philips Unified Solutions In 2006, when NEC Corporation and Royal Philips Electronics established a joint venture, Philips Business Communication that has more than 50 years experience in PABX system, transformed to NEC Philips Unified Solution.

NEC Philips SOPHO iS3000 series is a hybrid PABX solution that still can accommodate the analog requirement, but also has the IP application capability in a single platform, that can handle up to 65,000 ports. This flexibility that makes the existing Philips PABX customer since 1970 in Indonesia usually upgrades their system without wasting their initial hardware investment to the latest technology that NEC Philips has offered.

4. Siemens Building Technologies From a wide variety of Siemens Building Technologies products, MSK has been appointed to represent Siemens Fire Safety Products that contatin of Fire Alarm System and Fire Suppression System. The Fire Alarm System divide into 4 families as follow :
