Eid Milad-Un-Nabi (PBUH)

Milad-un-Nabi is the birthday celebration of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). Muslims celebrated Prophet Birthday as id-e-Milad. Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) !as born Mecca (Arabia) on "#th day of $abi-ul-A!!al% !hich !as Monday the #&th day of April% '(" A.).

History of Eid-e-Milad*

0he Muslims celebrates the birth anniversary of the /oly Prophet on "# $abiul-A!!al of the +slamic lunar calendar year. ;or Muslims% 0his date is important to Muslims because the birth of the Prophet Muhammad is re,arded as a ,reat blessin, for the history of man1ind. 0he Prophet Muhammad is deemed to be the chief of all the Prophets sent on earth and it is to him that the /oly 2ur3an !as revealed. 9n the day of id-e-Milad lar,e street processions are held and homes or mos7ues are decorated. +n mos7ues% reli,ious leaders and scholars ma1e speeches on different aspects of the life of /a.rat Muhammad (S.A.W) speacially on Prophet3s birth% childhood% youth and adult life. 0he reli,ious leaders tells us about focusin, the characteristic of Mohammad (S.A.W) in different manner% on /is teachin,s% sufferin,s% and ho! /e for,ave even /is most bitter enemies. 9n the occasion of Prophet Birthday recited the /amd is poetry in praise of Allah% Naat (<rdu)% 2asida (Arabic and ;arsi) =inan (=u>erati) is poetry in the honor of Prophet Muhammad and the +mams. +n Muslim countries% streets% mos7ues and buildin,s are decorated !ith colorful buntin,s and pennants and !ell illuminated at ni,ht.
