Tierra Garzn surge de la fusin creativa entre Naturaleza, Arquitectura y Arte, Ubicado estratgicamente entre Jos Ignacio y Pueblo Garzn, configura una opcin inmejorable de vida de campo, muy cerca del mar. Masterplan

Tierra Garzn arises from the creative fusion between Nature, Architecture and Art. Strategically located between Jos Ignacio and Pueblo Garzn, this is a perfect choice of country life, very close to the sea. The real estate venture combines 28 farms of 5 hectares each, an ecological reservoir and an exclusive Inn and SPA. This place has been specially designed to maximize the enjoyment and contemplation of the stunning native vegetation and wildlife. It has contributed to the development of the native flora planting more than seven thousand examples of buti, pind, sauces criollos, ceibos, ombes and timb among other species.

El predio de 160 hectreas ofrece variedad de vistas, lagos, bosques, reservas naturales, adems de intervenciones de reconocidos artistas nacionales e internacionales. Inspirada en la belleza natural del lugar, una monumental escultura en acero, obra del artista Pablo Atchugarry indica el acceso a Tierra Garzn. El fraccionamiento se estructura en base a un anillo circulatorio, que permite un recorrido paisajstico y asegura el ingreso privado a cada parcela. Por esta circulacin se accede tambin a la Posada y SPA, a la Galera y Taller de Arte, al monte nativo y la reserva ecolgica, la cual cuenta con una plataforma para el avistamiento de aves.

The 160 hectare estate offers a variety of views, lakes, woods, natural reservoirs, as well as interventions by renowned national and international artists. Inspired by the natural beauty of the place, a monumental steel sculpture, work of the Uruguayan artist Pablo Atchugarry, indicates the access to Tierra Garzn. The fractioning is structured following a circulatory ring, which allows landscape tours, as well as assures the private entry to each parcel. Through this path you can access the Inn and SPA, the Gallery and Art Studio, and the native forest and the ecological reservoir, which includes a birdwatching platform.

La Posada surge orgnicamente sobre la topografa, abierta y dirigida al paisaje, en torno a una aeja formacin boscosa autctona. Se compone de un edificio principal que contiene la Recepcin, adems del bar, cava, restaurante, cine y amplios espacios exteriores. El SPA inmerso en la geografa natural, incluye una sala de yoga, masajes, relax, sauna, hidromasajes, solarium y piscina exterior. El Alojamiento se dispone en Villas independientes, dispuestas cuidadosamente en el territorio, con tipologa de loft. Con un especial diseo interior, cuentan adems con kitchenette, office, estufa a lea, hidromasaje, amplias terrazas y un mural realizado por un reconocido artista especialmente seleccionado para cada unidad. En el espritu de respeto a la naturaleza, los servicios son abastecidos con energas renovables.

The Inn borns organically through the topography, conceived to be open towards the landscape, surrounded by an old autochthonous forest formation. It is composed of the main building where in the Reception you find the bar, wine cellar, restaurant, cinema and large external spaces. The SPA, immersed in the natural geography, includes a yoga room, a relax spot with: massage, sauna, hydro massage and solarium. An outdoor pool sums to the recreational options. The accommodation is available in independent Villas, set carefully in the territory, with a loft typology. With a thoughtful interior design, decorated with a mural realized by a renowned artist, especially selected for each unit, they are supplied with kitchenette, fireplace, private jacuzzi, and a spacious terrace. In order to protect the environment, the services are provided with renewable energy.
