INVESTMENT PROPOSAL

We wish to introduce the short term funds investment opportunities

available in our international forex trading services in Kenya.

(1) THE PREAMBLE

The company is duly registered in Nairobi-Kenya. It will engage in

international forex trading business.

The international forex trading business is simply defined as the buying of

international foreign currencies i.e. Euro, US Dollars, Japanese Yen,
British Pound etc at lower price and selling the same international
foreign currencies at a higher price therefore earning a profit or Return
on Investment (ROI).

The company will generate sufficient business income to meet its short
investors’ funds repayments and its other business financial obligations.

 (2) THE INTERNATIONAL FOREX TRADING RISK
MANAGEMENT

The Forex market behaves differently from international stock markets.

The speed and enormous size of the Forex market are unlike anything else in
the financial world.

The transactions involving international currencies are determined by

changing political and/or economic conditions that may substantially affect
the price or liquidity of different currencies at different periods of time.

Moreover, the leveraged nature of FX trading means that any market

movement will have an equally proportional effect on deposited funds.

The Implementation of ‘Limit’ and 'Stop-loss' order strategies lower an

investor's exposure to risk unlike the volatile international and/or local
stock markets.

(3) THE INTERNATIONAL FOREX TRADING ACCOUNT

The company’s international forex trading account shall be provided by one

of the largest non-bank Futures Commission Merchants in the world that
specializes solely in spot FX. With substantial operations around the world,
the non-bank Futures Commission Merchant has serviced 50,000 accounts
and in addition, services over 400 institutional clients from more than 80
countries. It has a proven track record of reliability and success with over
1,500,000 trades executed each month via their FX Trading platform.

It has been awarded Best Retail Platform by FX Week, and also recognized
as Best Currency Broker by both Shares and T2W Member Choice
Awards, and also Best FX Specialist by Stocks & Commodities.

It is a registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) with the Commodity

Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and is a member of the National
Futures Association (NFA).

 (4) THE INTERNATIONAL FOREX TRADING ACCOUNT
MANAGEMENT

The company’s international forex trading account daily transactions shall be

managed by a reputable, professional and competent international forex
trading broker duly appointed by the company. The company will duly
execute or sign an international forex trading account management contract
which will guarantee its daily forex trading account operations.

(5) THE INVESTORS REQUIRED

The company requires a serious, committed, financially able and short term
investor(s) to raise business capital Kshs 1,000,000 (Kenya Shillings One
Million) only (The minimum investment Kshs 10,000) to meet its immediate
business investment funds, costs and/or expenses.

THE CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE IS US Dollars 1.00 = Kenya Shillings

The company will generate sufficient funds from its international forex
trading services which (i) will pay short term investor’s funds (iii) meet its
other business related expenditure.

PS: The Company will generate 35-40% interest (return on investment)

per month.

(6) THE INTEREST RATE PAYABLE

The company will pay its esteemed short term investors 20% interest per
month for maximum three (3) months investment per contract period.
The total return on investment is 60% interest of investment funds.

 (7) THE INVESTMENT OPTION

(i) THE MONTHLY INVESTMENT OPTION

To qualify for this investment option, the investment funds will earn 20%
interest per month for three (3) consecutive months. The investors will
receive 20% interest payment at each month end. The total return on
investment is 60% interest of investment funds. Please note that Principle
investment amount and 3rd month’s interest payments will be paid at end
of three (3) months contract period.

If you invest Kshs 1,000,000 only at 20% interest per month for three
(3) months contract period, the interest payment per month is Kshs
200,000 only. The total interest payments or return on investment (ROI),
for three (3) months contract period, is Kshs 600,000 PLUS your principle
investment e.g. Kshs 1,000,000 therefore total funds payable will be Kshs
1,600,000 only for three (3) months contract period.

(ii) THE LUMPSUM INVESTMENT OPTION

To qualify for this investment option, the investors will earn 20% interest
per month rolled over for three (3) consecutive months until the end of
three (3) months contract period. The total return on investment is 60%
interest of investment funds. Please note that total investment funds (i.e.
Principle amount and interest payments) will be paid at the three (3) months
contract period end.

If you invest Kshs 1,000,000 only at 20% interest per month for three
(3) months contract period, the total interest or return on investment
(ROI) is Kshs 600,000 PLUS your principle investment e.g. Kshs 1,000,000
therefore total funds payable will be Kshs 1,600,000 only at end of three
(3) months contract period.

 (8) THE TARGET INVESTORS

The company will target the following investors (i) Individuals (ii)
Investment groups (iii) Investment clubs (iv) Investment companies etc..

The forex group of investors can pool their funds together, make lump sum
investment payments/bank account deposits and benefit from maximum
returns based on their total investment funds amount and the current
interest rates (Please refer to investment schedule on page 3 of this
investment proposal).

The forex group of investors will receive individual investment agreements,

investors’ forms and receipts even where they have pooled their funds
together and earn current interest rates (Please refer to investment
schedule on page 3 of this investment proposal).

(9) THE INVESTORS FUNDS PAYMENTS

The Investors will pay their funds via any of the following two (2) modes of
payment:-

(i) Cash Deposit.

(ii) Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

(iii) Corporate(Business)/Bankers/Personal Cheques.

PS: (i) The investors, who issue and/or present cheques, will receive
investors funds receipts and await cheques clearance process
before the investment agreements are prepared and signed or
executed by both investors and investee.

(ii) The investment funds (Cheques) must be payable to:-

 The investors will deposit or transfer their investment funds into following
official bank account:-

The Equity Bank Limited official banking hours are:-

Mondays - Fridays: 8.00 am – 4.30pm

Saturdays: 8.00am - 12noon

The investors may deposit their funds at the nearest Equity Bank Limited
Branch Countrywide. The Equity Bank Limited has a branchless banking
system.

The investors will bring their Cash/Cheque Deposit or Electronic Funds

Transfer (EFT) receipts to our office for further necessary action. Upon
receipt of investors’ funds, the investors will (i) execute (sign) the
investment agreements (ii) complete the investors forms (iii) obtain
investment funds receipts.

(10) THE INVESTORS FUNDS REPAYMENTS

The company will legally undertake to repay its esteemed short term
investors' total funds, within specified period, via its investment agreement.

The investors will receive the investment funds repayments via corporate
cheques or direct transfer to their bank accounts.

The investors will indicate the preferred mode of payment as requested in

our investors Form.

 (11) THE INVESTORS REQUIREMENTS

The short term investors will be required to:-

(i) Complete the investors Forms which contains salient personal

Investors’ details.

(ii) Execute (sign) the investment agreements.

(iii) Produce copy of National Identity /Employment cards or Passports for

our records (OPTIONAL).

(12) THE INVESTMENT FUNDS MODES OF PAYMENT

There are two (2) options on how to invest your funds:-

OPTION 1

The investors may bring investment funds (Cash Deposit or Electronic

Funds Transfer) receipts to our office. Upon our receipt of investment
funds, the investors will (i) receive investment fees receipt (ii) execute the
investment agreement (iii) complete the investor forms.

Please note that our office is situated in Thome Estate Phase I,

Plot No SD 70, Stream Drive, Off 1st Windorview Avenue,
P.O. Box 53783-00200, Nairobi-Kenya. The Thome Estate is situated
near Garden Estate near Roasters Inn in Kasarani Area. The public transport
is Matatu No.53 with stages near Odeon Cinema or Globe Roundabout.

Alternatively, you may use Thika Road Matatus Nos. 44, 45, 145, 17,237
and alight at Formerly Demolished Nakumatt Supermarket-Thika Road
(near Roasters Inn) and ask Taxi Services to drop you at the Physical
address provided above.

 OPTION 2

If we (investors and ourselves) are unable to meet and discuss the

investment opportunity due circumstance beyond our human control, the
investors may send scanned investment funds (Cash Deposit or Electronic
Funds Transfer) receipts, via e-mail, as e-mail attachments.

The investors will call/sms Mr. Stephen Kiragu Ndungu on

Cell No. + 254 735 157 519/+ 254 712 429 020, to confirm investment
funds payments, for our ease of reference and further necessary action.

The investors will receive their investment funds receipts, investment

agreements and investors’ forms as e-mail attachments, via their e-mail,
postal addresses or courier services i.e. Securicor Services for their
perusal, ease of reference and further necessary action within 3 days
(Guaranteed).

PS: We will also Call/Sms the investors informing them to check their
e-mail accounts or post office boxes for our aforementioned documents.

The investors will also send their Full names and Postal address with postal
code and copy of either their National Identity /Employment cards or
Passports (as e-mail attachments) via e-mail, postal addresses or courier
services for our records and further necessary action.

The investors will peruse and confirm which of three (3) above
mentioned options is suitable for them.

(13) THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS

The international investors will make payments in US Dollars only and

transfer investment funds via (I) Western Union or MoneyGram Money
Transfers Services and payable to Mr. Stephen Kiragu Ndungu, Stendu
Enterprises, P.O. Box 53783-00200, Nairobi-Kenya.

(14) THE INVESTMENT FUNDS AGREEMENT

The company and its esteemed short term investors will execute (sign)
legally binding investment agreements, which will guarantee and/or
safeguard the respective mutual business interests.

PS: There is a written investors’ funds payment guarantee clause

included in investment agreement.

(15) THE CONCLUSION

The investment funds will be safeguarded and made available to investors

within specified period.

The company will ensure that its short term investors are paid as and when
required as per the executed (signed) investment agreements.

The company understands the paramount importance of cultivating

satisfactory mutual business relations with its short term investors.
