COBB ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION RESIDENTIAL SERVICE SCHEDULE R-12-TOU Rate 12T AVAILABILITY Available in all territory served

by the Corporation to members who have Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), as a voluntary alternative to the Corporations Schedules R-12, R-12E, RES-01 and EVEN Bill, subject to the Corporation's Service Rules and Regulations. This rate schedule is experimental and may be modified or withdrawn at any time solely at the discretion of the Corporation. APPLICABILITY Applicable for all single-phase family dwellings provided they are individually metered. The capacity of individual motors served under this schedule shall not exceed seven and one-half (7.5) horsepower without consent from the Corporation. TYPE OF SERVICE Single-phase (1 phase), 60 hertz at 120/240 volts or other voltages as might be mutually agreeable. MONTHLY RATE Service Charge Energy Charges: Off-Peak kWh On-Peak kWh MINIMUM CHARGE The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be $21.00 plus Wholesale Power Adjustment. COBB EMC RESIDENTIAL SERVICE SCHEDULE R-12-TOU PAGE 2 MONTHLY BILLING PERIOD The kilowatt-hours billed hereunder shall be based on monthly meter readings at intervals of approximately thirty (30) days. DEFINITION OF TIME PERIODS The Energy Charges stated above shall be applied to the members kilowatt-hours measured during the following time periods expressed in terms of the prevailing Eastern Standard Time: Off-Peak Hours Off-Peak Hours are all hours not defined herein as On-Peak Hours. On-Peak Hours On-Peak Hours are the hours beginning at 3:00 p.m. and ending at 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the calendar months of June through August, excluding the observed national holiday for Independence Day. TERMS OF PAYMENT Except for any Wholesale Power Adjustment which is net, the above rates are gross and will be discounted 5 percent if payment is made within fifteen (15) days from billing date. However, members who qualify shall be billed net charges according to the provisions set forth in the Corporation's Seniors' Plan Schedule, SP-12. TAX ADJUSTMENT The member shall pay any sales, use, franchise or other tax now or hereafter applicable to the service rendered hereunder or imposed on the Corporation as a result of such service. TERM OF CONTRACT Service hereunder shall be for a minimum period of twelve (12) consecutive months, and such contract term shall be automatically renewed for additional twelve-month contract terms, unless the member provides notice of termination to the Corporation at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current contract term. If the member requests to transfer from this rate schedule to the Corporations otherwise applicable rate schedule prior to the end of the current contract term, the member shall be

COBB EMC RESIDENTIAL SERVICE SCHEDULE R-12-TOU PAGE 3 required to pay the total amount, if any, by which the sum of the monthly billings under the Corporations otherwise applicable rate schedule applied to the members actual energy consumption during the current contract term exceeds the sum of the monthly billings hereunder during that contract term.
