4 wire flexible shield cable to install toxic gas detectors: 2 x 1.5 mm2 for power supply and 2 x 0.25 mm2 for A & B communications. The maximum distance between Control Unit and latest detecto r installed should not be more than 1000 m longo Do not perforate lhe detecto r housing, as it willlose its protection (IP65)

I Before

connecting lhe system, number lhe detectors by SWI according to lhe groups configured at lhe module line and identify lhe detector using lhe label provided to paste on lhe detector housing. (Det nO). Before removing lhe detectar stoppers connect lhe line module/s and wait until lhe system is stabilized (approx. 10 mio). Keep lhe stoppers for later maintenance operations.

Configuring lhe groups: Start by lhe detectar number marked with * depending on lhe programmed groups
(following different standards).

The number of detection groups programmed by module line is linked to lhe number of ventilation speeds or ventilation outputs of different standards (relay outputs). Module lines can be programrnedin 1,2 or 4 detection groups,appart trom Frenchand Portuguesestandardthat only admit programingof 1 or 2 groupsby moduleline.
Eaeh parameters are independent by group, gas type, alarm levei, ventilation leveI.. .each group can only measure one gas type.
