!ntrod"ction This journal carried out a research on how decision making dine in team sports activities. Then, most experts have attention to know how accurate the decision makes in team sports such as netball and basketball. Besides that, this research focusing on the way or approach used to find solution in getting the best decision making in team sports. As we know, team sports activities need accurate decision to get all team members to perform in maximum level as getting the best result. S"mmary Research carried out in this journal actually measured on the different that we can get on performance of athletes in sports team activities based on sports specific practices done by the athletes. !n term of that, decision making especially by expertise is important to determine the good result in overall activities done in practice. "pecific practice needed to enhance the performance and get good result. "pecific practice also related to time allocated for the athletes in terms of delivering high level performance.

riti#"e #ethods used to carry out this research is participants. A group numbers of participants selected to be the methods of this research to get result on specific sport practice in team sports activities. The participants need to do practice in time allocated for one group while the other group allocated different margin of time. Results from the research shows that athletes in group of long time sport specific practice get good performance compare to other groups. !t is also different for different types of team sports activities such as the effectiveness between team sports for netball and basketball. Basketball is more effective compare to netball because they undergoing long time sport specific practice. !ts show the different and accuracy. $iscussion of the research shows that data for ten years sports specific practice is accurate and has validity to determine the ability of athlete to go further. #inimal practice will lower their opportunity to go to higher level such as national team.

oncl"sion As conclusion, team sports activities need some period of sports specific practice to get maximum level in performance. #ost expertise reali%es long time of practice will deliver good result in the team sports activities. Besides that, the practice must do in specific skills to get chemistry and also suite the group level. !t will bring athletes to higher level and will further their chances in representing their country.
