Vermont Poverty Law Postgraduate Fellowship


The Vermont Bar Foundation and the Vermont Access to Justice Campaign are pleased to announce their twoyear Vermont Poverty Law Fellowship (VPLF) beginning in August 2014. The VPLF program is designed to allow graduating law students and other new lawyers to help expand the reach of Vermonts existing legal services providers. Funding for salary and benefits will be provided by the Vermont Access to Justice Fund and will be matched by supervision and office support from a host Vermont legal services organization. The Women's Law and Public Policy Fellowship Program offers Fellowships for public interest lawyers from the U.S. who are committed to advancing women's rights throughout their careers. If you are in your first year of law school and are committed to social justice lawyering, consider applying for the 2014 Ella Baker Summer Internship Program. Law students with a displayed commitment and

many or as few as you want. You can pick the area you want to volunteer in. Volunteers assist transporting the authors, working in the childrens alley, ushering, autographing and generally working with the authors. All volunteers will get a free t-shirts. LOG YOUR HOURS for pro bono advocacy and community service! Congratulations to the hundreds of students who made the choice to begin the year with service through HOPE DAY. Over 800 hours of community service were logged by participants for their work across Miami-Dade County on August 16th.
