MyBEM ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM ( http://www.bem.org.

my/mybem ) GRADUATE ENGINEER REGISTRATION (NEW APPLICATION AS GRADUATE ENGINEER) This manual is intended for following visitors; (YES) Have not been registered with BEM (YES) Dont have User ID to access MyBEM (NO) Have been registered with BEM previously (NO) Have their User ID and Password to access MyBEM

STEP 01 :

On the frontpage of MyBEM, click Register button at New Application panel.

STEP 02 :

Select Graduate Engineer from the dropdown list. The page will be automatically refreshed.

STEP 03 :

Fill in all required details marked with red asterisk (*) and click Register button to proceed. * The password is case sensitive.

STEP 04 :

Upon successful system registration, system will prompt as per below screen. * User ID is auto generated by the system. Youre advised to check your mail to confirm receipt of confirmation email.

STEP 05 :

Go back to the Frontpage of MyBEM. Please input your User ID and Password to login.

STEP 06 :

You will be redirected to the Home page of your account.

STEP 07 :

To change your password, click on Profile page on the left menu.

STEP 08 :

For more information on how to apply to be a registered Graduate Engineers, click on Requirements & Procedures link on top of the Home page.

STEP 09 :

Youre required to complete all sections before you can proceed submitting your new application.

* Please be informed that for each section, you are strongly advised to click on Save button before you proceed to the next section. This is to ensure that the system captures all your details accordingly. * The fields marked with red asterisk (*) are required. * Please confirm all your details before submitting your application. Once you have clicked the Submit button on the Declaration section, you will not be able to change your details anymore. Shall there be any changes, you will need to liaise directly with Board of Engineers Malaysia.

* The size of your attachments (copies of supporting documents) should not exceed 2MB per each attachment, and it should be in PDF format.

STEP 10 :

To confirm your details and submit your application, please click on the Submit button. The system will inform you that your application has been successfully submitted.

STEP 11 :

After completing all the steps mentioned, please click on the Home menu. System will notify registration completed as per below screen.

You are required to print out the Completed Application FORM A from the Home page. Please sign the form and send it over to Board of Engineers Malaysia together with certified copy of all your supporting documents within 4 weeks after submitting your online application.
