Many have stated that it is impossible to know whether or not we are living in the last days before the second coming of Jesus Christ. However, below you will find dramatic proof that these are the endtimes. The proofs below defy coincidence.
Euphrates River to Be Dried Up
In Revelation 16:12, the Bible predicts that the Euphrates River will be dried up to prepare the way for the kings of the east to invade Israel. This will happen at the time of the battle of Armageddon according to verse 16 of the same chapter. The battle of Armageddon will be the final battle at which time Jesus will return and fight on the side of the nation of Israel. Immediately thereafter He will establish His kingdom and usher in His one thousand-year reign of peace. On January 13, 1990, the Indianapolis Star carried the headline Turkey Will Cut Off Flow of Euphrates for One Month. The article stated that a huge reservoir had been built by Turkey. While filling up the reservoir, the flow of the Euphrates would be stopped for one month and a concrete plug for a diversion channel built. These things have now been done. With this newly built dam, Turkey has the ability to stop the Euphrates River at will. The conditions for fulfilling this 1,900 year-old prophecy are now in place.
In Revelation 9:15-16, the Bible prophesies that an army of 200 million soldiers will launch a war which would kill the third part of men. Never in the history of the world until our present generation has there been a power on earth that could field 200 million soldiers. However, the late ruler of China, Mao Tse Tung boasted in his diary that he could field an army of 200 million. The CIA World Factbook reported that as of the end of 1999, China had 198 million men of military age, and this number is growing by 10 million per year.

Worldwide Numbering System Predicted
In Revelation 13, the Bible prophesies that a world dictator will soon rule over a world government. He will cause all people in the earth to receive a number without which they will be unable to buy or sell. We are seeing this prophecy fulfilled before our eyes in a most astonishing way. Nearly every human being in the world now has been assigned a number. In America it is our Social Security number. In the past few years, we have seen this number extended to newborns. A child without a Social Security number cannot be declared as a dependent on an income tax return. We have seen the emergence of electronic money, shopping with credit cards, and many people urging the abolishment of cash. All of these things could not possibly have been fulfilled until this present time. Only after the invention of the computer could such a worldwide numbering system be administered.
Revelation 13:7 and Daniel 7:23 prophesy the establishment of a world government. The term New World Order has become a prevalent phrase in the worlds political culture. Mikhail Gorbachev made the term famous, and Pope John Paul II has referred to it repeatedly. In the September 12, 1990 issue of the Chicago Tribune, our former president George Bush said, Iraq is the first test for the New World Order. He emphatically stated that the Iraq War is Saddam Hussein against the world. The United Nations troops are continually referred to as the multi-national forces. The decision has been made to establish an interdependent community of nations that will rule the world under United Nations authority. The Bible says that this will lead us into a great world government. The formation of this government is at hand.

he pace at Endtime Ministries and at our church had been so exciting, but very intense. It was time for a brief vacation. The motel with the balcony overlooking the rippling brook was just what the doctor ordered. However, after a day and a half of watching my wife Judy feed the ducks, I was getting bored. I pulled out my laptop, and the words began to flow. I typed as fast as I could for the next two hours. It was almost like my fingers had a mind of their own. When I came up for air, I had written the first chapter of my first prophecy fiction book, China War and the Third Temple. Over the next two years, I experienced in my imagination the nuclear destruction of one-third of the worlds population in the Chinese-American War. I lived through the rise of the Antichrist and his religious partner,
the False Prophet. And I watched with fascination as Israel built her Third Temple on the Temple Mount. When the False Prophet pulled down fire from heaven on international television, it was absolutely unbelievable! The worlds spiritual values changed forever. A couple of months ago, my imaginary journey, guided by the prophecies of the Bible, was finally finished. I had experienced the exhilarating events from now to the Second Coming of Jesus. Im happy to tell you that you can now share these experiences with me. The first copies of China War and the Third Temple are rolling off the presses even as you read this issue of Endtime. I hope you enjoy reading China War and the Third Temple as much as I enjoyed writing it. To get you started, we are including the first two chapters in this edition of Endtime.
What is Endtime Magazine?

In 1968, Irvin Baxter Jr. discovered the United States and other modern nations in the Bible. He also found the Berlin Wall in the Bible and that one day it was to be torn down, reuniting Germany, and that event would be the catalyst to spark an international movement called the "New World Order." These things have now come to pass. Irvin Baxter Jr., a Pentecostal minister, began Endtime Ministries in 1986 when he wrote A Message For The President, a book explaining the major prophecies of the Bible which he had been teaching since 1968. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, prophetic fulfillment accelerated rapidly. The decision was made to launch Endtime. The purpose of the magazine is to explain the prophecies of the Bible and to show that they are now being fulfilled in intricate detail. Articles focus on the soon return of Jesus Christ, the truth of the Bible, and the need for salvation. Endtime does not deal with doctrinal controversies, as valid as they may be. This will be left to other publications.

Caller ignores Gods will

I have been listening to Politics & Religion for about a year on WHME, South Bend. I discovered you by accident and have been hooked since the first day. I cant express how much I respect and appreciate your ministry. The biblical basis makes all the difference. The love of Christ is very evident in your treatment of your callers and guests. A caller on your radio program today claimed to be a Christian, but I was struck by his lack of discernment! His claim that Israel was perpetrating a holocaust on the Palestinians was totally absurd! He even seemed to think that Israel had no right to exist in the land, even though you reminded him of Gods will on the subject! Also, can you believe his claim that the U.S. news media might be biased in Israels favor? Thats laughable! I just went to the Jerusalem Posts website and saw many news articles proving whos perpetrating the violence on whom. I really enjoy your website. Please keep up the good work, and God bless you all! Fear of the LORD

Thank you for your insightful program. Today I subscribed to your Endtime magazine for myself and placed gift subscriptions for both my pastor and grandmother. I prayed for you today after hearing the one caller who more or less criticized you for using fear to motivate people to become saved. I believe that God has given you a special wisdom and a Christ-like behavior in dealing with some of the people who call in to your program. Im appalled that Maurice Strong could minimize the replacement of the United States with Sudan on the United Nations Human Rights Commission. I am puzzled, because he
sounds intelligent. But for him to downplay the significance of this decision and considering it only European countries voting for one of their own, is unbelievably insane. One only needs to research Sudan at a surface level to become aware of the terrible torture and death these people, especially Christians, face at the hands of their own government. While America does have its own issues with human rights and falls shamefully short in our fight against abortion, it is by far, more honest and active in and for human rights than Sudan has ever been, or ever will be. Shame on Dr. Strong. On this one, hes Dr. Wrong. S. Blasingame Reply: Maurice Strong is an avid advocate of the UN. He was attempting to rationalize blatantly wrong behavior. I am also sure that Mr. Strong disagrees with American reluctance to surrender sovereignty to the United Nations and to sign on to the Kyoto Treaty. He probably thinks we asked for some of what we got.
Notice that, in this passage, the seven crowns are on the seven heads of the dragon. Revelation 13 describes the world government, which is made in the image of Satan. The crowns on this beast are located on the ten horns, not on the seven heads. Since there are ten horns there are ten crowns. Crowns indicate kingship. Since crowns were found on both the heads and the horns, this teaches us that both the heads and the horns symbolize kings. However, the ten horns dont represent the same kings as the seven heads do. The horns symbolize the ten kings that will give their strength and power unto the Antichrist for a very short period of time (Revelation 17:12). The seven heads of the dragon symbolize something totally different. These seven heads symbolize the seven global empires that will exist from the beginning of mankind until now. We learn that the heads symbolize kings from Revelation 17:10.
Scared to be a Christian
Why concentrate on the endtime when we should be telling the world about Gods love for us? I would much rather witness to a non-Christian about how God loves us than to scare him into being a Christian. I was raised in a church that did these scare-tactics all the time. I only wanted to be a Christian because I was scared, not because of His love for me. What does prophecy matter, as long as you have a right relationship with Christ? I dont care about the future because I have an up-to-date relationship with Christ. I dont think people need try to predict (or guess) the endtime. The people of the world need to hear more about forgiveness from sin. J. Anderson Reply: Close to one-third of the Bible is devoted to prophecy, and close to 90% of those prophecies pertain to our times. Apparently, God thought prophecy was quite important. The principal function of prophecy is not fear. It is faith. Jesus said in John 14:29, And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. I certainly agree with you that Gods love is the most important aspect of our message. However, different people do respond to different motivations. In Jude 1:22-23 we are told that some people will only come to God through fear. And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Proverbs 9:10 states that, The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. I think every person should have a healthy fear of God. But we dont really know God until we begin to understand the marvelous depths of His mercy and love.

Endtime revival prophesied

Have you encountered anything during your prophecy study regarding any great revivals to take place, that is, beyond the conversion and evangelization of the 144,000 Jews? I would like to mention that, as a result of your broadcast, I called the White House to voice my support for the U.S. to move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem. That is why I ask the question regarding revival. We Christians must realize that our prayers and actions do have effect, and we must spread the Word so that we may ward off these evils. America was founded by believers in Christ, and we must be true patriots and fight for our heritage. I know a great revival is possible, but does the Bible speak of it? C. Weber Reply: The Bible does specifically indicate revival in progress for the times just ahead. Daniel 11:32-33 says of the time surrounding the Antichrist, And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. And they that understand among the people shall instruct many In Daniel 12:3 we are told that, they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
Mystery of the 3 missing crowns

In Revelation 12:3, it states that the dragon had 7 heads, 10 horns and 7 crowns, but the beast that received its power from the dragon in Revelation 13:1 had 7 heads, 10 horns and 10 crowns. Where did it receive the other 3 crowns? J. Wharton Reply: The dragon in Revelation 12:3 is Satan himself.

Final Seven Years How Soon?

he Bible prophesies a sevenyear period that will immediately precede the Battle of Armageddon. It is at Armageddon when Jesus returns to earth to establish His 1,000-
year reign of peace. There is evidence that the final seven years before the Second Coming of Jesus could begin in the very near futureperhaps within months.
What do we know?
The beginning of the final seven years will be triggered by an event called the
confirmation of the covenant. The oneworld leader known as the Antichrist is the one who will confirm the covenant, but most of the world will probably be unaware of this development when it happens. Within three and one-half years after the confirmation of the covenant, a

Jewish temple will be completed on the Temple Mount and animal sacrifices will be resumed there. Halfway through the final seven years, the Antichrist will be revealed. At the time of his revealing, he will stand on the Temple Mount claiming to be God. This event is called the abomination of desolation. The occurrence of the abomination of desolation will signal the beginning of the Great Tribulation and the reign of the Antichrist. His reign will last for three and one-half years, culminating in the Battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
How do we know these things?

The prophecy concerning the final seven years is found in Daniel 9:27. And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. From this single scripture and other prophecies explaining this scripture, we are able to know most of the major events that will occur in the final seven years. Now lets discover the keys that will unlock our understanding of Daniel 9:27.

On August 2nd, Tisha Beav, the Jewish holiday that commemorates the destruction of the First and Second Temples, Salomon held a symbolic cornerstone laying that sparked clashes, resulting in 400 Israeli policemen storming the Temple Mount to restore calm. The event captured front page news headlines worldwide.
half. From this we know that a week in this prophecy refers to a week of years, or seven years.
How long is the gap?

It is very clear from the prophecy that the crucifixion marked the end of the 69th weekthe end of 483 years. But what event signals the beginning of the final seven-year period? Daniel 9:27 clearly states that it is the confirmation of the covenant that begins the final seven years of Daniels 70 Weeks prophecy. We will soon prove that it is the Antichrist of the endtime that will confirm the covenant. Since the Antichrist has not yet appeared on the world scene, we know that the last sevenyear period has not yet begun. The gap presently stands at around 1,970 years and counting.
The gap between 69th and 70th week

One of the points of greatest controversy concerning Daniels 70 weeks prophecy is the gap theory. This teaching states that there is a gap between the 69th and 70th week of the prophecy. That is the reason the 70 weeks were broken up into 7 weeks, 62 weeks, and 1 week. Daniel 9:26 tells us that after 7 weeks and threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off This cutting off is obviously referring to the crucifixion of Jesus. It also states that, after the 69th week, the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The crucifixion of Jesus happened somewhere between 27 AD and 37 AD. The city of Jerusalem and the temple were destroyed in 70 AD by the armies of Rome, led by General Titus. Both of these things were prophesied to happen before the beginning of the 70th week. Consequently, it is obvious that there has to be a gap between the 69th and the 70th week.
Each day equals a year

The prophecy of Daniel 9:24-27 states that 70 weeks are determined upon the Jewish people. In this prophecy, each day equals a year. Consequently, this prophecy covers 70 weeks of years, or 490 years. Lets pause for a moment to explain how we know that each day equals a year. According to Daniel 9:27, the abomination of desolation occurs in the middle of the 70th week. Jesus said that the abomination of desolation would be the event that triggers the Great Tribulation (Matthew 24:15-21). The Great Tribulation then lasts for 3 1/2 years. We know this from Daniel 7:25, Revelation 12:6 and Revelation 13:5. Revelation 13:5 clearly states that power was given to the beast (the Antichrist) to continue for 42 months. So, if the reign of the Antichrist and his Great Tribulation lasts for 3 1/2 years, then the last half of the 70th week equals 3 1/2 years. Of course, the first half would be the same as the last
What will the covenant be?

Before we can understand what the confirmation of the covenant is, we need to know what the covenant is. It appears that the covenant that is to be confirmed refers to Israels right to the land of Israel and to Jerusalem. God first entered into this covenant in Genesis 15:18. In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates.

On May 19, 1993, the nation of Israel adopted a document called the Jerusalem Covenant. It is presently displayed in a beautiful glass case on the main floor of the Israeli Knesset. This Covenant states that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of the nation of Israel. It affirms that Jerusalem must never again be divided or surrendered. The Jerusalem Covenant concludes with the famous words of King David, If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy (Psalms 137:6). Three and one-half years after the covenant is confirmed, a Jewish temple will have been rebuilt and animal sacrifices will have been resumed. From this we can conclude that the covenant and its confirmation will affect the status of the city of Jerusalem and the Temple Mount. This strengthens the probability that the covenant is Gods promise that placed Jerusalem under Israels control.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak has called for Israel to declare a unilateral separation from the Palestinians, and to draw the lines per Clintons Camp David proposal. This would include a sharing arrangement on the Temple Mount as prophesied in Revelation 11:1-2.
What is the confirmation of the covenant?

We cant say for certain, at this time, what the confirmation of the covenant will actually be. Many have speculated that it will be a peace treaty between
Israel and the Palestinians. However, it appears that this will not happen. We know this because the Israeli-Palestinian conflict continues throughout the great tribulation. The center of the conflict is the West Bank, which is also known as Judea and Samaria. Jesus pinpointed Judea as the center of the great tribulation in Matthew 24:16.
The more likely scenario would be an understanding concerning the Temple Mount between Israel and the Antichrist. The seemingly unsolvable problem in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is the status of the Temple Mount. Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, in an attempt to solve this problem, suggested placing the Temple Mount under United Nations

he calls for international intervention have become relentless. It emanates from Arafat and is echoed by the pope. The U.S. hasnt ruled it out. The EU wants it; the United Nations clamors for it. The Bible says it will happen. The call to equate Zionism with racism has once again echoed through the halls of the UN. Resolution 3379 was first adopted in 1975 and renewed annually until repealed just in time to begin the peace process in 1991. Now that the peace process is dead, the call to resurrect the resolution has shot straight back to the surface. If it was not evident before, it should be now the 1991 repeal was insincere. It was an act of convenience, not conscience. The UN has never stopped hating Israel. It doesnt take a Dr. Laura to analyze the UNs true colors. The situation in the Middle East has reached a boiling point. Arafat continues to incite terror against the Zionist entity with the promise of an early paradise for all martyrs. Israel continues its policy of assassinating suspected Palestinian terrorists without a fair trial. The following quotes are excerpts from early August broad-
casts on official Palestinian Authority television, translated by Palestinian Media Watch: All weapons must be aimed at the Jews, at the enemies of Allah, the cursed nation in the Koran, whom the Koran describes as monkeys and pigs, worshipers of the calf and idol worshipers. Allah shall make the Moslem rule over the Jew, we will blow them up in Hadera, we will blow them up in Tel-Aviv and in Netanya in the righteousness of Allah against this riffraff... We will enter Jerusalem as conquerors, and Jaffa as conquerors, and Haifa as conquerors and Ashkelon as conquerors ... we bless all those who educate their children to Jihad and to Martyrdom, blessings to he who shot a bullet into the head of a Jew... Did you say peace in the Middle East? On an impending war, Stratfor, a well respected global intelligence outfit, affirms that the threat is real. The quick deployment of international monitors, it says, is likely the only alternative to conflict. A man driving his car, which bore Israeli tags, was
control. He proposed that, under this arrangement, both Jews and Muslims would be able to worship there. If the World Community did end up controlling the Temple Mount, that would explain why the Antichrist, as the international leader of the world, will stand on the Temple Mount claiming to be in control thereeven claiming to be God. The Bible prophesies that he will do exactly that (II Thessalonians 2:3-4). So the confirmation of the covenant will apparently consist of the Antichrist and the World Community agreeing to Israels presence on the Temple Mount, even to the extent of allowing the building of Israels Third Temple.
Daniel 11:30-31 proves that it is the Antichrist who takes away the daily sacrifice and places the abomination of desolation. Notice what it says: And arms shall stand on his (the Antichrists) part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate. And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries So we know for certain that it is the Antichrist who will confirm the covenant.
Why should we believe the final seven years is near?

For 2,000 long years, Israel has been estranged from the city of Jerusalem. To build a temple on the Temple Mount has been totally out of the realm of possibility. They began to throw rocks down onto the Jewish worshipers praying at the Wailing Wall. Four hundred Israeli police knocked down the door of the Temple Mount. Fifteen Palestinians and fifteen Israelis were injured in the resulting melee. The smallest dispute over the Temple Mount inevitably throws Israel and the Palestinians into violence. When Yasser Arafat, Ehud Barak and Bill Clinton met at Camp David in July of 2000, the issue that reportedly kept the Palestinians and the Israelis apart was disagreement concerning the Temple Mount. Simply stated, the Temple Mount has become the center of the Middle East conflict. And the Temple Mount and the building of the Third Temple are the very issues that will trigger the final seven years to Armageddon. The final seven years could begin within the next few months, or it could be within the next few years. However, we do know that all of the factors affecting the beginning of the final seven years are now issues on the global scene.

The bodies of two Palestinians were found in a field one kilometer from a sports arena. They were preparing a bomb for the opening ceremony of a major event when it detonated prematurely. Israel assassinated a Hamas militant who they say was planning to bomb the closing ceremonies of the same event. Israel called it a preventive operation. Congressmen Mike Pence from Indiana and Virginias Eric Cantor have proposed the Temple Mount Preservation Act, a bill that may never reach the House floor. It calls for the termination of $168 million in annual aid to the Palestinian Authority if it does not stop its reckless destruction of Second Temple artifactsthe Muslims attempt to rewrite history by erasing all evidence of a Jewish presence on the Mount. In a July 30 New York Times op-ed piece, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak called for unilateral separation and a return to the peace framework that was proposed at last summers Camp David summit. This means he would give the Palestinians their state, and the borders would be those almost agreed upon at Camp David. Bill Clinton proposed that the Temple Mount be shared by the Israelis and the Palestinians. Had this been accepted, it would have paved the way for the rebuilding of the Temple. Maybe it will happen another way. But mark your Bible, because it will happen. One day, perhaps sooner than later, a world leader will confirm Israels right to the land. But this leaders true colors will be clear to anyone who has the guts to recall tidbits from History 101 and read the Arab press. The Antichrist will reverse his position on the covenant he confirms, because it will be politically convenient to do so. Political convenience is what led the UN to repeal its resolution equating Zionism with racism so it could send Israel to the negotiating table of death. The repeal was temporary. nce upon a time there was a kingKing Milo. He was popular with his subjects, but not popular outside his country. For you see, the others had formed a union and wanted King Milo to join. But he was not interested. By joining he saw how his own riches could increase, but he also saw that it would be at the expense of his kingdoms independence. This was how it worked in the other kingdoms. He said no. This made the other kings mad at him. His cooperation was necessary for two reasons. The first reason was the strategic location of Milos kingdom. There were great riches in the eastern lands. To gain access to these riches, it would be necessary to cross his territory. But he would not let them. The second issue was greater. To tolerate dissention would send a dangerous signal to all other kings and subjects who might someday also entertain the idea of resistance to the will of the Union. Nothing short of total solidarity was acceptable. The Union, you see, served a greater purpose. Each kingdom by itself could carry only so much weight, but together, they reasoned, they could someday conquer the world. King Milo stood in their way. He had to go. So the Unions Media Control Team went to work. They made Milo out to be a bad king; a ruthless murderer; in fact, a demon. The stories were relentless, and all people roundabout in lands far off came to believe these things. With public opinion shaped, it was time to bring Milo and his kingdom into submission. for all to see so all would give proper fear and respect to the Union. Everyone must understand the consequences of rebellion. The Union insisted that the new king should arrest Milo for all he had done. Much pressure was applied. Eventually the new king succumbed to the will of the powerful Union. Milo was arrested. The Union then insisted that Milo be turned over to them. Much money was offered money the kingdom desperately needed, for the Union had laid their land to waste. Under the cover of darkness was Milo whisked off. It is there, in a Union prison, that he sits even to this very day, awaiting a trial whose outcome has already been
determined. A lesson has been learned. From this point forward the image of Milo will pass through the minds of every king before making any decision. Submit to the will of the Union or your end will be as his. Many have begun asking, who is like unto the Union? Who is able to make war with him? The Bible prophesies of a time when a ten-nation Union will join forces with a world government body. The resulting power will devour the entire earth. A fully empowered world court system is absolutely essential to the achievement of one-world government. The arrest, extradition and coming trial of Slobodan Milosevic is a major milestone for the proponents of the New World Order. I have been following the unfolding events in Yugoslavia for a long time. From the outset, I had some very grave suspicions. Huge facts were missing in the reports we were reading from the establishment media. When the media drums were beating to rally public opinion for the 1999 aggression against Yugoslavia, articles kept appearing accusing Milosevic of genocide. I was looking for numbers. How serious is this genocide? Is it 100? Is it 1,000? 100,000? No numbers! I read reports that some fresh dirt was seen, and it is suspected to be the site of a mass grave. I thought to myself, Were going to war on this kind of evidence? On the day NATOs bombs began to fall on Yugoslavia, I asked Kathy, our research assistant, to call the U.S. State Department to get the numbers. Milosevic is accused of genocide, and a war has been launched. How many has he killed? The response: We dont know. All we have are allegations. You mean you dont know whether hes killed 5 or 5,000? No. All we have are allegations. The United States of America was taking the lead in launching a war against Yugoslavia. Yet our own State Department did not even know if Milosevic was guilty of one act of genocide? Beepers went off in my brain. What is the hidden agenda here? Why did Bill Clinton and NATO so desperately want to go to war against Yugoslavia? The war did not last long. The firepower of NATO was overwhelming. Soon Yugoslavia was defeated and new elections demanded by the West. Milosevic was voted from office in the ensuing elections, but the internationalists werent yet satisfied. They insisted on the arrest of Mr. Milosevic. Though the new president, Vojislav Kostunica, seemed reluctant to arrest his countrys former president, the pressure from the international community was too great to resist. Charges of corruption were filed against the former

president, and soon Milosevic was behind bars. But still it was not enough. The global government activists wanted Milosevic tried before the World Court at The Hague. Kostunica insisted that Yugoslavia, as a sovereign nation, would conduct its own fair and impartial trial. He stated that sending Milosevic to the World Court was impossible since his country had no law allowing them to extradite its citizens. Because of the devastation wrought by the forces of NATO, Yugoslavia desperately needed loans from the International Monetary Fund and the foreign aid promised from the U.S. The United States mandated that no monies would be forthcoming until Milosevic was delivered to the World Court. Yugoslavias economic situation was so desperate that Kostunica attempted to pass a law allowing the extradition of Milosevic, but he couldnt get enough votes in the parliament to pass such a law. He then had his cabinet merely issue a decree. A court issued an injunction against the execution of the decree until its legality could be determined. Kostunica ignored the court injunction
and whisked Milosevic away to the World Court in the middle of the night. When President Bush was elected, some had hoped that he would pull the U.S. back from being a proponent of one-world government. He stated in his campaign that, if elected, he would not let U.S. soldiers serve under a UN commander. It looks like, however, that he put the full weight of his office behind the illegal, middle-of-the-night extradition of Milosevic. In so doing, he has greatly accelerated the worlds movement into the system of global governance featuring the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the World Health Organization, and now the World Court. Radmila Milentijevic was Milosevics Information Minister from 1997-1998. The man under whom she served sits today as a prisoner of the World Court system. Endtime recently interviewed Milentijevic (mil-lent-ee-YEH-vich). In our discussion she called the NATO action in Serbia and extradition of Milosevic an experiment. Baxter: In March of 1999, NATO launched a war against Yugoslavia. The reason given was that Slobodan Milosevic had committed serious acts of genocide against the Kosovars. How many people did Milosevic kill? RM: The Albanians launched a war of secession and were killing civilians and our policemen. The policemen of Serbia were retaliating in return. The figures were talking about before the bombs started flying were approximately 2,000 dead in the province of two million people. Not all the dead people were Albanians. Some of them were Serbs killed by the Albanian terrorists. At the same time, not all the Albanians that were killed were killed by the Serbian police. The Albanian terrorists, the socalled KLA, were killing their own people who were loyal to Serbia and Yugoslavia. It was not genocide. It was a civil war fought on the issue of secession... secession of a province of Serbia where the Albanian population wanted to break away from the country. Baxter: So Kosovo wanted to break away from Serbia and Yugoslavia. RM: Yes. The Yugoslavian government was protecting its borders; defending the integrity of its frontiers; acting as a sovereign nation in the protection of its own territory, as every other nation in the world does...as the U.S. did in its civil war when the south seceded. The north plunged into the south and forced it back into the Union. Baxter: If that is the case, why did our President and NATO interfere? What was their agenda? RM: The agenda was a very simple one. President Milosevic was the president of a country that he maintained was a sovereign nation, which it was. Well, he thought it was. Heres what happened:
According to Milentijevic, President Clinton and Secretary of State Madeleine Albright led the charge against Milosevic. Sovereignty, she said, is only tolerated so long as it serves the interests of big powers.
The U.S. had won the Cold War against the Soviet Union. Capitalism and the democratic forces won against socialism and the socialist forces in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union. As a result, the democratic governments and privatization of economies in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union took place immediately after that. President Milosevic was trying to maintain an economic system, which was the system of social ownership of the means of production for the time being. He was not against privatization, but he wanted to protect the workers from the experiences in Hungary, Poland and in parts of the Ukraine and Russia where privatization was accomplished overnight. Western corporations came in and bought their companies very cheaply, then closed them! The workers ended up on the streets. The foreign companies then were able to sell their products on the local markets. President Milosevic was trying not to allow repetition of this kind of experiment. Therefore, he was not a Yes man. He thought he could be the boss in his own house in the house of a sovereign
nation of Serbia and Yugoslavia. But the West would not allow for this little island to exist for any length of time. So NATO launched an aggression against us. It was a pure and simple aggression. It was not a declared warnot by NATO, not by the United States, not by any country. Yugoslavia did not do anything wrong to any country outside of its borders. It was an aggression to subdue a man who refused to be a Yes man and who tried to be the boss in his own house. Baxter: So Milosevic was resisting being sucked into the integration of Europe. Were actually watching a federalist state being born there. He was holding out for sovereignty, which is against the grand design for Europe and the rebirth of the Holy Roman Empire. RM: He basically became a casualty in the efforts to make Europe one. Baxter: This has been the agenda from way back. avid Freemans eyes steadily scanned the radar screens in front of him. The multiple monitors kept watch against any surprise attack that might be launched upon the West Coast of the United States.
He picked up his lukewarm coffee to take another sip, then blinked. An alarming blip appeared on the middle screen right in front of him. It looked to be about 1,200 miles from Los Angeles. Was it a malfunction? He quickly checked all critical controls. It wasnt. Sweat broke out on his forehead. He didnt have much time! Whatever was producing the alarming signal, was closing fast. In fact, its very speed indicated that it was an inbound missile. Without a second to
spare, David lunged for the large red button that would signal imminent attack to all defense facilities throughout the United States and around the world. Almost immediately, defensive missiles shot from their secret silos along the coastal line. With only ten minutes remaining until the incoming weapon released its payload on the United States, U.S. Defense Forces had only one shot at intercepting the intruding missile. David watched his radar screen with bated

breath as the newly deployed Arrow Missiles sped toward the invader. If the incoming missile carried a nuclear payload, David knew what it meantWorld War III! The next two minutes were critical. Perspiration dripped from Davids face and soaked his shirt to the skin, even though the control center temperature was at its usual 72 degrees. Watching the path of the invader and the course of the defense missiles as they converged, he realized that he was holding his breath. Relax, stay calm, breathe, he ordered himself. David knew that, if he ever implemented the years of special training on how to function under the heat of intense pressure, he needed to do it now! His eyes tracked every blip on the radar. The defense missiles seemed to have a chance! David prayed for the first time in a long time. Please, God. If Youre up there at all, do something right now. At the moment the path of the defending missiles converged with the incoming route of the attacker, a confusing array of signals appeared on the radar screen. Then, out of the confusion, the blip moving toward Los Angeles emerged. It kept coming, growing stronger and stronger with every pulse on the screen. God help us! David cried. Even though the control center was built to withstand a direct nuclear hit, David still felt the shudder and heard the deep beastly rumble as the nuclear explosion unleashed all of its fury on the heart of downtown L.A. An urgent message went out to all U.S. defense facilities around the world. The United States has sustained a full nuclear attack on its western coast. Millions are undoubtedly dead in the Los Angeles area. Most likely origin of the attackChina. Over the next twenty minutes, beneath the pandemonium above, radar records of all areas of the Pacific were reviewed carefully. It was concluded that the attack must have originated from a Chinese submarine reported to have been in the area earlier that day. U.S. President Benton picked up the red hotline phone connecting him directly to Chinas president. On the other end he heard, Hello. Mr. President, what is going on? President Benton almost shouted. President Benton, we told you that, if you interfered with our rightful claims to the Island of Taiwan, there would be a terrible price to pay. Apparently you didnt believe us. You will suffer no more attacks if you withdraw your troops from the Straits of Taiwan. And stay out of Chinese business. Click. When members of the Chinese foreign ministry had delivered threats to the U.S. State Department of just this kind of action in 1996, Bill Clinton, who was President at the time, had thought surely that they were bluffing. Obviously, they werent. Momentarily stunned, President Benton knew there was no time to waste. Contingency plans had been created for just this scenario. It was obvious to all in the State department that a conventional war with 1.3 billion Chinese was out of the question. If Chinese aggression was not stopped here and now, they would soon rule the entire globe. The President, with set jaw, looked over at the ever-present military officer with the black box. With every eye in the underground room watching, he ordered, Open itquick! The officers hands shook with the understanding of the import of his actions. But he never hesitated. Within ten minutes of the devastation of L.A., a full nuclear attack was unleashed upon the Peoples Republic of China. As ghastly as this course of action was, the President knew it was his only recourse. Within thirty minutes, Red China, for all practical purposes, would cease to exist. The powers in China had known there might be retaliation, but they had not anticipated what they saw moving at mach-17 speed toward their beloved homeland. The radar screens that kept watch over Chinas skies were absolutely filled with the incoming retaliatory missiles of the United States. And there was nothing they could do to stop them! Chinese President Zhiang stared at Premier Cho. You said America would back down! he screamed accusingly. Look at what youve done! Cho shot back, Our sources have never misled us before. Something has gone terribly wrong! Mr. President, make those U.S. devils pay! You must immediately order a counter-strike. We owe it to the memory of the Chinese people! Zhiang picked up the military command phone. The ranking military officer answered immediately. Yes, Mr. President. Do we have time to launch every nuclear missile that we have before Americas weapons reach the motherland? Zhiang asked. China had redirected every nuclear weapon in her arsenal toward America when tensions over Taiwan had begun to heat up. The officer hesitated. Mr. President, Im not sure. It will be very close. Then do it now! Zhiang shouted. He heard the phone slam onto the receiver as the military officer ran to execute his leaders command.
Chapter 2 Goodbye Beijing

David Freeman, still sitting before his radar screens, watched in horror and fascination as the missiles carrying Americas retaliatory strike leaped from their silos and sped toward the shores of China. The scenario he had been trained to participate in, but hoped never to witness, was playing out before his very eyes. As David watched the incredible number of nuclear-equipped missiles head toward Asia, he couldnt help but muse to himself, We apparently do have all the nuclear firepower that we claimed to have. He had often wondered if there really was enough nuclear weaponry to destroy all plant, animal, and human life off the face of the planet 100 times over. Now, he no longer wondered. A blanket of heavy foreboding dropped over him. What if he never left this command center alive? What if he was, in fact, witnessing the end of the world? Perhaps the prophets of doom were right after all. His thoughts were racing. Would he ever see his beautiful wife Sharon again? His little black-haired boy, David Jr., was four years old. What about him? And then there was Misty, that gorgeous blond two-yearold darling that had her fingers wrapped tightly around her daddys heart. Hot tears burned at the back of his eyes. David, stop it! he shouted to himself. Such was the tension and emotion in the room that no one else noticed his cry. David mentally yanked himself back to his senses. Pull yourself together, Freeman, he muttered. His eyes once again began to scan the screens for addi-
tional incoming attacks. Once Americas 300 missiles had unleashed their destruction on China, he wouldnt have to worry anymore. But until then, it was critical that any enemy missiles be detected immediately. The sooner the missiles were spotted, the better chance the newly deployed defensive missile system had of bringing them down before they could reach their targets. The most disturbing thought of all now presented itself to his mind. What about Russia? Would Russia decide to defend China? Or would she think this was the optimum time to destroy the U.S.clearing the way for Russian domination of the 21st Century? He certainly hoped such a foolhardy thing would never occur. Surely Russia knew that the United States had a completely separate arsenal aimed at its principal nuclear rival on earth. Time passed slowly, inevitably. In ten minutes the destruction of China would be an accomplished fact. David found himself filled with exultation at the victory he knew was within his countrys grasp. But then his thoughts roamed to the human aspect of war. In his mind he could see little children running on the playgrounds and streets of China. He saw young fathers and nursing mothers. He saw grandparents proudly holding their grand-babies. All of a sudden, the absolute horror of what man was unleashing upon his fellowman hit him in the gut. Oh my God! he exclaimed. How could this ever have happened? Three minutes, two minutes, one minute David watched as the missiles swept downward toward their targets. First hit was Canton, then Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenyang, Guangzhouevery one of Chinas major citiesand finally Beijing. The live broadcast feed from China, shown at the other end of the control room, continued to report developments as the first few nuclear explosions unleashed their death-dealing fury on the Chinese populace. Little did these broadcasters suspect that they themselves would, within minutes, be swallowed up within a raging nuclear inferno. But as he listened, David understood it completely. Oh my God, David said to himself. Oh my God!
When the last missile struck its target, David sat back and sighed, This war is over! Still, he decided to scan the screens one more timejust in case. On his final pass, what he saw turned his blood to ice water in his veins. Oh no! My God, no! He counted five, no, seven, theres three more, twelve, thirteenthirteen nuclear warheads headed toward the United States! Those Chinese! They knew they were going down, so they decided to take the U.S. down with them! David rapidly typed into the computer. Almost instantly, his message appeared on every defense centers computer screen in America. URGENT! RED ALERT! Thirteen incoming nuclear missiles from China. All anti-missile weapons must be deployed immediately! I repeat. All antimissile weapons must be deployed immediately! URGENT! RED ALERT! David sat back again, knowing he had done his job. He had done all he could do for the time being. About that time, next to his screens the red phone reserved for top secret military communications rang. Officer David Freeman here, he answered. The voice on the other end stated crisply, Please hold for the President of the United States. David barely had time to catch his breath. The President moved straight to the point. Is this the L.A. Defense Center? It is, sir, David replied. Are you the officer who sent the initial warning of Chinas pending attack? President Benton asked. Affirmative, sir, David answered. The President continued, I have just received a report of thirteen nuclear missiles incoming from China. Is this report true? Yes, sir. That is true, David responded. Officer Freeman, are we sure these new missiles are not coming from Russia or another enemy nation? President Benton inquired. Its urgent that I know for sure immediately! Mr. President, I was watching the screens, monitoring the coast of China. I thought we had successfully caught the enemys missiles on the ground. But just as our missiles began to hit their targets, I decided I should take one more look as a precaution. Thats when I saw Chinas missiles rise from their silos. Im sorry,
sir. Thank you very much, officer. Good job. Remain at your post of duty and stay alert. This may not be over yet! The President hung up without saying goodbye. David had no time to reflect on the implications of what had just transpired. He had spoken directly to the President of the United States during an historic military conflict. There would be time later to contemplate the role into which he had been thrust on this momentous occasion. Right now there were millions of American lives to be saved. He focused his attention on the screens displaying the frightening array of missilesboth incoming and outgoing. David felt sure that the thirteen missiles fired by China would be her last. Even now he knew that China was no more. But those nuclear missiles were very real and deadly beyond imagination. They had to be stopped! What were their targets? New York? San Diego? Denver? Washington, D.C.? Houston? Chicago? No one knew for sure. But one thing was sure. Those nuclear missiles represented vengeance, the vengeance of the Red Chinese Dragon. Shudders ran up and down Davids spine at the thought. Events were happening one after another at incredible speed, but David felt like he was watching everything in slow motion. His eyes followed the Chinese missiles on the screen as they sped toward their predetermined targetstargets that remained a mystery to the intended victims. Most Americans were aware by now that L.A. had been hit and that war was on. However, few understood that millions of them could be incinerated into nothingness within the next thirty minutes. If only we had built that Star Wars missile defense system when President Reagan wanted to! David mused. We would have perfected it by now, and none of this would be happening. As David watched the first battery of anti-missile weapons converge upon the leading Chinese warheads, he found himself holding his breath again. As the U.S. signals and the enemy signals intersected, David again prayed. God, please help. The massive explosion he saw on the monitor indicated a direct hit. Yes! he cried. The U.S. missiles converged on

Chinese warhead number two. Again, the explosion on the screen indicated success. All right! Davids optimism was growing. Maybe with enough notice, these Arrow Missiles could be effective. Just when David was starting to breathe easier about the situation, the third missile slipped through the defenses. Oh God, I wonder where that one is headed! he thought to himself. The fourth nuclear missile slipped through as well. Cmon, God, David cried. Youve got to help us! Two of the U.S. missiles converged at once on Chinese missile number five. The resulting explosion told David it was a direct hit. Missile number six continued past the missile shield, as did seven and eight. Five Chinese missiles had slipped through! Then number nine was hit. Ten kept coming, and number eleven slipped through as well. This isnt going very well, David thought to himself. The Chinese knew our defense system was not reliable yet. Thats probably the reason they decided to push the Taiwan issue now instead of later. Three anti-missile weapons blasted Chinese missile number twelve out of the sky, but number thirteen made it through. David countedone, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Eight missiles in all made it through. Eight of Americas cities would soon go up in flamesnuclear flames. David realized his job was not over yet. He needed to send warnings as soon as he figured out which cities were to be hit. He watched closely as missile number three began its deadly descent. It appeared to be headed for Denver. David sent an alert, but they had less than five minutes left. He turned away to track the next one. His eyes narrowed as missile number four continued on to the southern part of the United States. The trajectory told David that Houston was the likely target. He had friends in Houston. Four minutes later, his fears were confirmed. I wonder if Jim and Katie are home right now. Again, he turned his attention to the screen. Missile number six had begun its dive much more quickly. Three minutes later it became obvious that Chicago was about to become history. Things were happening so fast now that everything depended on instinct. Missile seven swept toward Phoenix. Missile number eight sped toward Charlotte, North Carolina. Then number ten dove downward into the heart of Boston. Two to go, David counted to himself. Missile number eleven headed south-east. Where is that going? David wondered aloud. He didnt have to wonder long. When it reached the border of Georgia, it swept downward like a deadly serpent into the center of Atlanta. The last Chinese missile sped toward its target. David feared that he knew its destination. He could only hope that Washington, D.C. had been targeted by one of the downed nuclear warheads. But it wasnt to be. Swiftly and surely, the long, sleek, powerful missile arched downward. David grimaced when the explosion ripped through the capital of the United States. The Senate was gone. The House of Representatives was gone. The White House was no more. The radar screens were empty now. What about President Benton? David knew that he should be somewhere in Air Force Onethe mobile command center of the United States. This President, who had wanted so badly to be known as the Peace President, would instead be linked eternally to the worst slaughter ever unleashed upon the human race. Its not time to relax yet, David reminded himself. Too many things could still spin out of control. Of course, the foremost concern was Russia with her massive and still lethal nuclear arsenal. His eyes continued to scan the radar screens that watched the Russian frontier. Every minute that passed, without sign of activity from that front, increased the likelihood that the war would not widen. David knew that the U.S. President was probably at this moment on the red hotline phone with the Russian President, delivering assurances that this catastrophe had occurred only because of Chinas nuclear attack on Los Angeles. He was sure that President Benton was already explaining that the United States had no desire to attack Russia or any other country.

RM: Not so much in the way of the European Union, but in the way of Madeleine Albright. It is really the United States policy of Clinton and Albright that forced the resolution of the so-called problem. I saw that when I joined the government in 1997, and I advised the president of this. I understood that the plan of the U.S., NATO and Western Europe was to make Europe one without exception. They would not tolerate this little exception, this little island, for very long. President Milosevic thought he was president of a sovereign nation, and there he was wrong. Sovereignty is only tolerated so long as it serves the interests of big powers. The same is true as with the issue of genocide. If the U.S. and Western Europe were really concerned about genocide, then they should have bombed Turkey, because Turkey is committing genocide against the Kurds. But no! Yugoslavia was more strategic. Its in the middle of the Balkans at a very important crossroad. Serbia is a crossroad between east and west, north and south. It controls the Danube, which connects Western Europe with the Middle East. Its very important strategically, as well as, economically. Deviation was not to be tolerated. They would invent or develop any rationale and any means to accomplish their end. The result was bombing Yugoslavia into submission and ultimately forcing President Milosevic out of power.

NATO was using weapons that are prohibited from being used, including the uranium depleted bombs. These are going to leave negative effects for a long time to come. The estimates are that $35 billion to $100 billion worth of damage was done by NATO bombs to Yugoslavia. Why?! And to make this tragedy worse, the Serbian people see this as aggression by Bill Clinton and Madeleine Albright. I remind you that the Serbian people were the allies of the American people in both world wars in the 20th Century. We fought side by side against tyranny for freedom and democracy. And this is how

Baxter: And all of this happened because there is a grand design to bring about a unified Europe. Each year Europe awards the Charlemagne Prize to the individual that contributed the most that year to the unification of Europe. As you know, Charlemagne was the first emperor of the Holy Roman Empire. Bill Clinton was given the Charlemagne Prize last year for his actions in Bosnia and Yugoslavia to unify Europe. The EU understood that this whole action was a very determined effort to bring together a large unified Europe. Clinton received the prize in Aachen, Germany, the place where Charlemagne was originally crowned by Pope Leo III in 800 AD. However, the new government was willing to accept a few billion to hand over the formerly elected president to The Hague. And to make things even worse, they did this by violating the constitution of Serbia and Yugoslavia. Both constitutions prohibit extradition of our citizens. They violated our own laws in the name of, I dont know, democracy? They were under financial pressure. Sax: One other thing was violated. The International Criminal Courts own rules state that as long as your country was willing to carry through with prosecution, then there was no need for him to be extradited. Was that ever discussed? RM: Thats right. This government arrested Milosevic three months ago. There was a court proceeding against him here. But The Hague did not want to wait. Theyre acting like an empire...like every other empire in humanity. In other words, they do not respect international law. Might is right. Whatever the empire says, thats what the law is. Baxter: When it came time for the election, Mr. Milosevic apparently thought he could win. When it took place, it is my understanding that America funneled millions and millions of dollars to influence it. Is that true? RM: Yes. Absolutely true. There are several sources of money that flew into Serbia. One was approved by the U.S. Congress for the so-called democratic forces within Serbia. It was somewhere between 15 and 30 million dollars. But in addition, theres the CIA money used to train people in how to seize power; how to handle the elections; to pay people off to vote in a certain way. Our estimates are that close to $280 million from the U.S. came into Serbia to support the so-called democratic forces in order to overthrow President Milosevic. In spite of the fact that he has been demonized as the worst dictator in the world, he conceded power to the opposition without one single life being lost. It

RM: What is important about this event is that the Serbian public opinion was in favor of trying him here for whatever wrong he had done that could be proven. But the international factor, the United States and Western Europe, did not want this to continue here. So there he is. Sax: There is a theory floating around that the West chose to demonize Milosevic because they wanted to run an oil pipeline from the Caspian Sea through his territory, and he said no. RM: Absolutely. This is one of the major economic reasons why the West needs to control this area completely. Sax: The story you are giving us today is what I would consider plausible. The stories we had been hearing in the past
through the mainstream media we considered to be implausible. Your story is not out there. Have you ever been invited onto Larry King Live, or Fox News or CNN or MSNBC as an expert panelist, to give another point of view? Or was it all stacked in the other direction. RM: It was stacked in the other direction 99.99%. All of the Western media was politically correct. That is, they were defending the policies of the Western governments. However, I was allowed quite a bit of space during the Kosovo crisis. I was not on Larry King, but on many other shows on CNN, BBC, Fox News, MSNBC, and CNBC. But it was like a little drop in the ocean. Baxter: From your perspective, how far are we into world government right now? RM: Quite a bit. If anything, what the West was trying to do with their experiment with Serbia and President Milosevic was to teach the world a lesson. If you dont submit, this is how youre going to be punished. Baxter: People will be arrested and marched before World Court if they dont play ball with the international community. Its a heavy lesson. Long live King Milo.

You find out that the church is paying spousal benefits to the bishops homosexual lover. The bishops assistant, a female, used to be a man. Not your kind of church. Time to look elsewhere. Next week: Lutheran. Martin Luther. A godly heritage. Good sermon. Love abounds; people of all types embraced. You come to understand that this includes gays, lesbians and their lifestyles. Still looking for a church. Third week: Pentecostal. Youre the only straight guy in the building. You turn down several brunch offers. Week #4: Presbyterian. Charles Finney. Solid. Cant go wrong. The pastor is gay. Do these scenarios seem inconceivable to you? Downright fictitious? A nightmare? Let me remind you that this is the year 2001. Each of these scenarios is a realitytoday. Major Christian denominations have latched onto New World Order philosophies. The Bible has become a relic of the past. The latest denomination to fall is the Presbyterian Church USAthe PC(USA). At their 213th General Assembly in mid-June in Louisville, Kentucky, they approved the ordaining of homosexual clergy by a 60-40% margin. the PC(USA) movement. Advocates for the overturn opted to make their case in a single one-hour Power Point presentation. Jesus sometimes broke the law in order to fulfill it, said Rev. Susan Andrews of the New Brunswick Presbytery as an introduction. His ministry was gracious and flexible...a purity not based on a narrow legal code, but on love. Rev. Nancy Ramsey, a professor at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, argued that freedom of conscience is an essential in the PC(USA) and that standards of sexual conduct are not. She also contended that scripture is not clear on the matter. Others pleaded for middle ground, for a win/win position as a church. They wanted to put the church in a position that neither requires nor prohibits the

Its not my nature to focus on problems, but my heart is heavy. The Bible is so clear on this issue! The very idea that I must print the scriptures that teach against homosexuality boggles my mind. The leadership of one of the largest Christian denominations in America has decided that the Bible is archaic, obsolete and no longer the guide for life. This fallen body votes that homosexuals can now fill the pulpits of their movement! What are we going to do with all of these outdated books we call the Bible? If I didnt know it was true, there is a part of me that would have serious trouble believing this even happened. Many Presbyterians are weeping today. My heart goes out to you. One of my favorite books is the autobiography of Charles Finney, a great Presbyterian evangelist. His revivals shook America immediately preceding the Civil War. He asserted that great light rejected brings judgment. He felt the Civil War was the judgment of God. Charles Finney would turn over in his grave if he knew that, one century after his great revivals, his movement has decided that a good heir to Charles Finney in the Presbyterian pulpit is a homosexual. wins an election by 55-45%, it is considered a landslide. The Presbyterian General Assembly voted for the ordaining of homosexuals to the ministry by 60% to 40%. It was by a landslide! When a movement becomes this rotten at the core, its time to put on your walking shoes and get out. I know these are shocking words. But can you imagine how shocked Jesus Christ would be to walk into a church called by His name and see a descendant of the City of Sodom standing behind the pulpit? How can anyone, let alone 60% of the leaders of a major American Christian denomination, contradict the eternal laws of God? The truth is that the PC(USA) did not start this trend. Pre-dating them were the Episcopalians and the United Church of Christ, among others.
Will the Lutherans be next?

By the time you read this, the ELCA the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America will have had their annual convention in Indianapolis. It is slated for August, and the issue of approving same sex marriages will be on the floor. Sharp disagreement over the question exists. Tears have been shed in discussions. Some fear it could split the denomination. I believe that the arms of the ELCA are broad enough that we can allow (same sex unions) to happen in some of our churches, said the Rev. Herbert Chilstrom this past February in a public
dialog near Milwaukee. Chilstrom is the former presiding bishop of the national ELCA. In May 2000, the Milwaukee synod of this major denomination became the first to give its official blessing to same sex marriages. The measure passed by a vote of 141-103, nearly 60%. The resolution recognizes and affirms the blessings of such committed same-gender relationships by pastors of this synod after counseling of the couple seeking such a blessing. For a peek into the perverted reasoning used by these apostate church leaders, consider Chilstroms logic. He contends that people should go beyond the literal words in the Bible. He said that, while there is no dispute that the scripture is the living Word of God, the context and traditions surrounding the words must also be considered. Just as scriptures interpreted to suggest that all sassy children should be stoned to death, or that slaves should remain slaves, are no longer carried out, passages on homosexuality must also be interpreted in a way that makes sense in todays surroundings. Chilstrom points out that he has known many gay couples who demonstrate the same commitment and fidelity expected of heterosexuals. They are no more odd or abnormal than the rest of us.
Playing the Unity card

How have we reached the point where we think that broadness is godliness? The
Bible teaches that broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many will find this road. Many people believe that, as long as we are all-inclusive and broadminded, we are godly. The Bible says this is ungodly! Scripture states that straight is the way and narrow is the gate that leads to life everlasting, and few there be that find it. At what point did these people get off the bus? There is a great weariness in the church, said Nancy Maffett, an elder commissioner from Colorado in reaction to the Presbyterian vote. I feel this will be damaging to the body and its unity. The concept of unity here is being invoked out of context. Unity in the body of Christ must be based on truth. When the concept of unity is used as a club to whip people into line and to coerce them to compromise on the truths of the Bible, then unity has become a tool in the hands of Satan rather than in the hands of God. The Bible says that the Antichrist will exploit the message of peace to destroy many (Daniel 8:25). We all want peace, but not at the sake of
compromise. This is Satans peace.
The fall starts in the pews

When did the PC(USA) fall? When was the decision made to conform to the spiritual concepts of the Global Community and forsake the spiritual concepts of the Bible? The fall took place long before Louisville. Many will think that the corruption begins in the pulpits and then filters down to the pews. But this is not true. Apostasy does not start with the leaders. The Bible says it begins in the pew and works its way up. Many times, prominent members in a church have children that turn to the homosexual lifestyle. The parents seek solace from their ministers. Its hard to think of a loved one on the road to eternal damnation, and the ministers dont want to offend their prominent members. This is where the deadly art of compromise begins. Sometimes the minister himself has a child who has turned to homosexuality. Can he say that his own child is lost?
Does he love truth enough to affirm that there is no hope for salvation unless the child repents and forsakes that lifestyle? That is exactly what he must say, because that is exactly what the Bible says. So the issue of compromise oftentimes starts in the laity. While it is easy to bang away at the hierarchy of the churches who perpetuate these false teachings, the Bible says like people, like priest (Hosea 4:9). We like to say that it is the religious leaders fault, but the fact is, the problem lies in the grassroots of America. Fifty percent of all Americans are living together unmarried in a state of fornication. Then we wonder why we have corruption in our government. Whenever we condone corruption at the grassroots level, God will send us leaders like we deserve. True revivals do not start in the pulpits. They start in the homes. Altars must be reestablished there. We have to regain our convictions. We cannot blindly place the blame for spiritual reprobation on the professional clergy without taking a good look at ourselves. There are many people and ministers in the Presbyterian Church USA who do not agree with the decisions heading their way for ratification. The end, however, is inevitable. Whether it takes hold this year or next, the course is set. Its time to reevaluateto see what else has been taught through the years that doesnt line up with Gods word. It is not my intent to show any disrespect to members of PC(USA) churches, nor homosexuals. There are ex-homosexuals in my congregation. God has delivered them from this sin. We also have ex-adulterers, ex-liars, and ex-alcoholics...lots of exs. At the same time, someone must face reality. Its time for someone to tell the truth! Mikhail Gorbachev has called for a massive value shift to facilitate the emergence of his New World Order. Has he ever gotten it! Twenty years ago almost every state in this nation had laws criminalizing homosexual acts. We are now on the verge of passing laws making it a crime if you speak against homosexuality. Now thats an incredible value shift in a very short period of time! What happened in Louisville was not the beginning. It was the culmination. In every persons lifein every movements lifeGods Spirit is there to lead us. Whenever the Spirit attempts to move us into more truth and we are unwilling to go, trouble looms on the horizon. Maybe following truth will cost us friends. Perhaps it could cost us our family, our church denomination, our business, our jobs. It shouldnt matter. My heart is heavy at the thought of people walking through the doors of these churches that have left Christ. Some of them are hungry for God, but they will not be fed. They will leave every bit as empty and confused, if not more so, as when they came. How broad-minded must a person be to knowingly sit under a pastor who is part of a movement that would be willing to have unrepentant homosexuals in the pulpit? At the same conference where the Presbyterians voted to ordain homosexuals into the ministry, they also voted 7030% to appoint a committee to give further study to the question of whether or not Jesus is the only pathway to heaven. For a denomination claiming the name Christian to appoint a committee to study further the question of Jesus being the only pathway to heaven...? Am I dreaming? John 8:24 says that unless you believe Jesus is the Messiah, you will die in your sins. There is one sheepfold, and there is only one door to that sheepfold. Jesus is that door. Any person who climbs up any other way is a thief and a robber (John 10:1-7). Acts 4:12 teaches us: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. So whats the committee for? Any person who does not believe
that Jesus Christ is the only pathway to heaven will not go to heaven. This is what the Bible teaches. Revelation 13:12 prophesies that, during the endtime, all people on earth, except those whose names are written in the Lambs book of life, will have a common form of worship. It will be a spiritual concept that will allow all to embrace, regardless of their culture, tradition or religion. This new global ethic will have to invalidate the Bibles exclusive claim to salvation through Jesus only. There is, in fact, on earth today a new ethical concept that has swept into the mainstream. It is called Interfaithism the belief that all religions are valid pathways to God. The PC(USA), ELCA, Episcopalians and others have embraced Interfaithism the one-world religion of the New World Order and have placed it above the Bible. And lest we forget, all roads point back to the Vatican. Item #841 of the New Catholic Catechism (1994) states, The plan of salvation includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankinds judge on the last day. Revelation 13:2 & 11 identify the spirit behind it all. Its the dragonSatan himself. He looks like a Lamb (Jesus), but speaks like a dragon. Interfaithism and its pro-homosexual agenda is a satanic movement, plain and simple.

Palestinians Seek CIA Security
Yasser Arafat is requesting a resumption of aid and training from the CIA, which had been halted last fall when the Palestinian Authority launched its latest deadly uprising. It was recognized that the PA was using U.S. equipment in attacks against Israeli targets. Arafat was hoping that his latest cease-fire agreement, now broken, would renew the flow of advanced equipment and training that had been provided steadily by the CIA since 1994. While everyones attention is focused on military issues, the water level on the Sea of Galilee, the regions main water source, has quietly sunk to its lowest levels ever and has been pumped almost to its limit. Israels other main sources of water, aquifers within the mountains along the Mediterranean coast, have been depleted by the worst drought in over a century. Equitable distribution of natural resources, such as water, may become the issue trumpeted by the International Community that will give justification to a skilled world leader for confirming a deal that the Bible says will begin the final seven years leading to Armageddon. Over the last few years, Mikhail Gorbachevs Green Cross International has made Middle East water politics a major environmental issue. Its something to watch. and refers to bringing into the spiritual rituals of the church the actions and traditions of culture. The particular enculturation of this latest ordination is based on pagan earth worship. In other Interfaith news, the United Religions Initiative held its first North American Summit in Salt Lake City in June. The Interfaith organization was launched in 1995 by Episcopal Bishop William Swing in conjunction with the UN. Swing spoke at the Utah event, which saw over 50 faiths in attendance. goal of this conference, as well as its counterpart on the nuclear level, was the complete disarmament of all countries. This would leave all weapons on the planet under the exclusive control of the UN. Small arms, contends the emerging world government body, are the real weapons of mass destruction. The implementation of a global tracking system on all weapons was discussed, as well as providing international assistance for weapons collection and destruction. The need for government control of small arms production has become an urgent international security issue, asserted a Geneva-based study cited by the conference. On the eve of the conference, the UN announced that it is buying $1.5 million worth of weapons for its new defense forces in East Timor, including more than 1,200 assault rifles.
Papal Plea for Forgiveness and Reconciliation

He does not want a confrontation, but reconciliation. This statement came from Cardinal Walter Kasper, president of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity, regarding Pope John Paul IIs June 23-27 visit to the Russian Orthodox Church in the Ukraine. At 81 and in failing health, the pope continues his relentless drive for world Christian unity. In a speech he also made a plea for forgiveness for infidelities to the Gospel by many Christians in the past. Ukraines Chief Rabbi Yaakov Dov Bleich asked the pope to open church archives and reveal the names of Jewish children who were raised as Catholics during World War II so they may come to know their true heritage. Many were raised as Catholic to save them from the Nazis. The first such request was made in 1944 to Pope Pius XII, who presided over the church during the Holocaust. The request was denied.
Bush Explains Anti-Global Warming Position

Amidst fierce opposition for rejecting the UNs Kyoto Protocol on global warming, President Bush finally explained the reasoning for his position on June 11, immediately prior to his Europe trip. Bush said that the pact is fatally flawed in fundamental ways. Kyoto fails to include regulations on developing countries, which account for the majority of greenhouse gases in the world. It is alleged that these gases contribute to global warming, a fact that Bush and his advisors challenge as well. Recommending further research, Bush commented that we do not know how much effect natural fluctuations in climate may have had on warming. Chinese President Jiang Zemin was quoted in June as telling 100 military generals, If Taiwan President Chen Shuibian has the audacity to go in for Taiwan independence, then I will lead you to liberate Taiwan. It was his most direct remark to date on his promise to start a war. The statement was made to the generals during their ongoing war exercises across the strait from Taiwan. In his speech, covered by the official Chinese website, Qianlong, Jiang made it clear that the exercises were to show the entire nation and the entire world that, if Mr. Chen dared to go in for Taiwan independence, then China would pay any price to protect national sovereignty and territorial integrity. Any military confrontation between Taiwan and Beijing would immediately draw in Washington, which has pledged to do whatever it takes to defend Taiwan. There has been growing unease in Beijing over Bushs unambiguous pledge. Chinese officials foresee an inevitable showdown. Taiwan has successfully test-fired its new American Patriot anti-missile system. Jiang had a sharp negative reaction to Chens meeting with Lee, understanding its implications as a plot towards Taiwan independence. Elsewhere in China, the Nanjing-based Business Morning Daily has been closed for three months for reorganization because they printed what has been called a sarcastic article about President Jiang. Propaganda officials from the State Press and Publication Administration ordered immediate suspension for the newspaper and have implemented re-education classes for its editorial team, which was informed it had committed a grave political error. Beijing was awarded the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. Sports reporters beware.
UN-Free Zone in Utah

The July 4th irony of ironies saw Kofi Annan accepting the prestigious Liberty Medal on the steps of Philadelphias Independence Hall. In his speech, Annan, who was just elected to his second fiveyear term as UN Secretary-General, called for everyone to join the fight for freedom anywhere it is in peril. The United Nations, which believes in the principles of socialism, is consistently in favor of bigger government, which always leads to less freedom. Meanwhile on the other side of the country, the city council of La Verkin, Utah passed a local ordinance declaring themselves a United Nations-free Zone. The move, also made on the 4th of July, was hailed as a spark for liberty, undoubtedly referring to a different kind of liberty than that spoken of by Annan in Philadelphia.
Taiwan Independence Closer

Former Taiwanese president and champion of its transformation to a democracy, Lee Teng-hui, 78, has come out of retirement for one last risky move. He is joining none other than his long-time political rival, current president Chen Shuibian. The two have found a common causenurturing the idea of formal Taiwanese independence from China. The two have recently made a highprofile public appearance together, and it is commonly understood that an alliance exists, although no formal declarations have been made. The advent of this new political coalition marks a dramatic increase in the tide toward declaring formal independence. Virtually all news reports on this subject for the last few years have included the statement, China regards Taiwan as a renegade province that someday must be reunified with the mainland.
