EXPERIENCE:
Contract position with Octagon Research Solutions. Develop and manage the first online Open
Enrollment process. Daily administration of HRIS (e.g. ADP HRB/EEASE). Review, audit and
streamline HR procedures for improved efficiency and communication. Assist with the weekly New
Hire Orientation process. Support the collection and distribution of benefits information. Audit and
create separate filing systems for Employee Benefits and H-1B Visas. Design and deliver
consistent HR communications. Audit benefits billing and payroll deductions to resolve all issues.

Management for continuous improvement; filing of EEO annual reporting and conforming with EEO
regulations; monitoring and processing all Workers Comp and Disability claims; coordination of
employee recognition programs; respond to employee relation issues.
Maintained and improved human resources strategies, policies and practices. Processed all on
boarding of new hires as well as terminations. Handled all HRIS (Kronos) related initiatives.
Assisted management of a HR department for approximately 800 employees.
Reconciling 150 bills for 40 clients monthly; daily discrepancy resolution dealing with over 28
insurance companies; processed list bills, self-bills and self funded accounts for small to large size
employers. Establish, implement and manage new accounts in an Access database.
Interpretation of client benefit plans and uploading electronic files into Access database. Run ad-
hoc reports as requested by clients or insurance carriers and creating Access queries for auditing
purposes. Assist in COBRA administration and back up support for Customer Call Center.
